I was absolutely disappointed when I got kicked out of the all-you-can-eat buffet because I ate too much food. Apparently, I ate $600 worth of food while I was at the buffet. I'm sorry, but I think they were overreacting; I only had 12 plates before I got kicked out. I hadn't even gotten up to dessert yet! I'm absolutely disappointed; it's an all-you-can-eat buffet, am I wrong?

Omg! The Easter bunny came and didn't give chocolate/ a bag to my daughter meanwhile all the other kids did. I do NOT recommend this place because they didn't give it to the tall girls/ boys who were under 13.

Buffet is okay, the place is well maintained and looks modern. The food was so so however the desserts were quite nice. The dirty plates put us off a little however the staff were friendly. Can't say it's particularly value for money however if you're a big eater you could make the most out of your money.

Didn't have a room just the buffet for dinner, lots of options, called for a booking, plenty of table options, food and drink options. Soft drinks, hot drinks and booze additional cost at the bar. Clearing the tables were super fast. Everything really clean and nice. Definitely recommended

We had dinner in the buffet. Great food with a lot of choices for vegetarians, non vegetarian, and sea food lovers. A good location with plenty of parking. Play area for little kids and my little nieces and nephews definitely enjoyed their desert section.Also, fresh fruit for fruit livers and a big salad section. Overall, it was a good experience.

We came and ate lunch at the sports bar. The food was delicious, nothing fancy which is to be expected but everything tasted good. The ambience was good overall and a shout out to the lady serving us (I think her name was Moana?), who was super friendly. Fantastic customer service! Definitely recommend.

Good food options... visit with friend and family to add more fun to your experience.

The buffet is okay. It is somewhat expensive although there is a wide variety of foods from different cuisines as there many stir fries, curries, pastas, roasts and other food options. There's a good range of dessert options as well so you are really spoilt for choice. The quality of the food is okay though nothing special. Overall, it's what you would expect from a buffet.

Wonderful food and atmosphere but the staff don't smile, don't talk and it's like it's like they really don't like working there. Tables were not cleaned timely, plates just sat there and eventually someone came but they won't talk or smile. They just lean right over the top of you. Sadly this was what let it down. Even at the front when you pay, they don't ask if you've been here before to explain how everything works, where everything is located.

Had a lovely morning tea, here and morning melnees, great show and very entertaining, then had a very yummy lunch.
This was a smallness board, Serve yourself and heaps to choose from. The group that I was with all had an amazing time.

Have been twice now for dinner and it was a brilliant experience.
Great customer service, prices are average, food quality is great!
Kids love the restaurant as it has an indoor playground that has easy access from the restaurant room and the adults can easily see their children and the children can see the adults feom the tables while eating.

Came in tonight, first time coming in and it was an enjoyable experience.
Firstly, the young lady at the host was wonderful especially with the many requests we had (in switching tables and getting an extra chair as well as highchairs also we didn't book so props), we are very grateful for the service that was provided.
The food was great and very filling, I'd say worth the amount that we paid for.
At no point of the night were we feeling out of place, we had out tables cleared almost immediately and had the servers ask us if we needed anything. So glad I can happily recommend this place to others!

It's quite pricey, but the variety of food is good. It's hit and miss with quality and taste. I feel as though they could benefit from serving the seafood, the way they do the roast meats, as some tables just empty the seafood area and eat nothing but that, leaving very little for others.
It's a good idea for an occasional night out, but definitely cheaper to go to your favourite local, as it won't cost you $45 per person. (Plus drinks)

Mother's day buffet dinner. Mum's greeted with a glass of bubbly and a gift. Although on the more expensive side, (especially with a larger family and kids above 12 years old), it was a lovely meal. All you can eat. Staff were polite and helpful. However, for the price paid, it would have been great to include at least all you can drink soft drinks.

Most items were delicious, some I found a little dry. Clean, tidy location inside and out, lovely welcoming staff.
Food display was beautiful, clean and well stocked. I enjoyed my time there, no so impressed with the time limit you have to eat. I have a disability ( well catered for with ramp options), and it takes me a little longer, I also like to have conversations with friends between plates. But my ticket and staff remind you of times you have to leave.
Must be busy, and have several sittings.
I was 5.30 sitting but after picking up friend and distance travelled at my mistake I arrived late. I was not aware of time your allowed to sit and eat
Didn't enjoy staff mentioning item I left on plate, I found it a little dry,and not to my taste.
But I would certainly go again, but be more informed this time

Enjoyed a lovely meal here with our party of 20. Awesome location. Catered well for all ages. Gorgeous food and presentation. I really do recommend this place for family or group dining

Came for Sunday buffet lunch $43 pp was a bit pricey, but the variety of food was great, food was fresh and very delicious. The desserts were all very appealing however, other than the meringue and the chocolate eclairs, the rest were tasteless.
Atmosphere was great and family friendly, the staff were polite and helpful. Will definitely come back again!!

Went for dinner tonight and it was pretty great. Food was good, will recommend the creme brulee! The employees were very helpful as well as very cheerful which made the night better. Although I wish our time could've been longer the employees were great at accommodating with our wishes. I just want to shout out to two specific employees who worked tonight, great dynamic the two had. They were both always smiling and got along really well, great help they were in clearing our tables, taking our photos and even having a chat with. I really do recommend this place for families, more so weekdays then weekends as it won't be as busy!

We went for buffet during lunch. Food is good for 35 dollars price. I liked chicken soup,date pudding among all items. Cleaning is also fast and place has nice ambience. Only thing I didn't like much is plates are not cleaned well. Some times plates looks like cleaned in hurry .

Lynbrook Hotel is a beautiful clean environment to spend dinner with the family. The buffet dinner was amazing, with everything from curries to roast on the menu. You would find all your favourite sweets there. From Apple crumble, pavlova, sticky date pudding and more.
There's a playground to keep the kids entertained.
My niece experienced a beautiful 30th with all her family and friends ❤️ Everyone should give it a try once and the won't be sorry!

Went to Saturday night international buffet.
Best buffet . Huge mix of varieties. Rice pasta pizza ,variously cooked vegetables.
Hot and mouth ??'? watering 😋. Most delicious and divine food.Chef must be a genius. A whole spectrum of food.If you haven't been at least once you would have missed best cousine in town.
Very spacious area.creamy pasta and potato scallops are my favourites .
Indian dishes as well. Desserts 🍨 are sweetest ever.List goes and goes on.

Wouldn't recommend this place. The staff are okay however they could be a lot more friendly and provide much better service. The food was average but nothing special. They seated us (5 adults) near the playground and beside two big tables of people which made it hard to get in and out of our seats. Overall for the quality of the food and service provided it was not worth the money we spent to get in.

Well decked out, the buffet has awesome and varied selections of tasty food and everything is quite comfortable. The staff are pleasant however sometimes lack that spark of wanting to be there. Or perhaps it was just a long day for them. Hard to tell.
My only gripe is an odd one; a lot of the chairs are the same colour as the carpet (or similar colour). I ran into chairs a few times because I couldn't see them. I am partially blind, so not directly their fault, but I'd recommend a change of upholstery in the dining room.

Lynbrook Hotel is actually such a dope place to hang out with mates and have a good lunch. I've been here many times and the staff are always amazing and the whole place has a clean feel to it. Definitely recommended- everyone should go at least once (the food is amazing).

Reasonably priced buffet for all ages. Wide variety of tasty food with desserts. Comfortable ambience and spacious dining and food areas. Also free parking lots are provided. Good for gatherings for families and friends.

This place used to be so good but unfortunately that's not the case anymore.
We visited for dinner on 10 July & in our opinion there were far too many people allowed in for the 1.5 time slot allocated.
We paid upwards of $40 per adult for supposed all you can eat but the line to access any of the food was 3/4 of the way down the dining room. I think I ate about $15 worth of food - if I was lucky!
Blinked and our time slot was up & we were asked to leave!!!!!
Far too many people (especially taking into account covid) we then had to exit so the next sitting could come in & the amount of people in the foyer was downright absurd. We had to leave through all those people waiting to come in.
No way did we get value for money.
We won't be back - which is such a shame!
Rushed, left hungry & far too many people for the allowed time - it was impossible to get food.
The one plate of food I did get admittedly was very tasty - not sure if it was worth $41.00 though!

Very clean, friendly staff, chefs very nice in helping me with my dietary requirements ??'? playground for kids of all ages very nice 😊 100% coming back. Oh and the food was so yummy. Couldn't help myself needed 2 plates lol 🤣🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Went to the sports bar for lunch today with my Husband and our niece.
WOW!!!! The food was so delicious such good portions and amazing prices.

Usually good but past few visits the roasts are dry and tough and the other dishes have not been topped upfor the price rise they are charging per person now, unfortunately you are not getting quality or quantity at the moment.

Enjoyed delicious and plentiful 5 Star (more if I could) food platters at a 60th Birthday celebration today. I can honestly say, best food we have ever tasted at a Hotel venue. Hats off to the Chef and staff

First time ever 5 out of 5 huge venue for different occasions sports bar dining room all you can eat food was fresh and always hot. Great place to bring along the kids with 2 different play areas. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and very reasonable prices

Perfect place to celebrate birthdays, family gathering and to dine in. Nice, freshly cooked foods to choose from. Very clean and spacious. Staff are akways smiling, nice and friendly. Will always come back and highly recommend.
