Respected manager of lidcombe hotel you must change your bouncer please he is out of his mind and he got lot of attitude issue he don't know how to treat his customer and a Korean girl she always disrespect other community people please fix this soon thank you.

RUDE SECURITY

When we visit here some security men told us how many drink we had, so we said just couple drinks of beer but he just look brazenly at my girlfriend. He told me not to go to the next place to drink even if you drank less or drank more.

We didn't drink much, and if you guys don't like it just don't accept guests. Don't preach the same thing

The venue is good for hangouts but except the Korean girl manager who thinks she is the licensee. I took the food outside to the smoking area and a staff come and tell me that you cant take food outside. I immediately apologized and took food inside. But the korean lady manager come and asked me "cant you read the sign?" I said "i'm sorry. I already apologized. What do you want me to do?" She grabs my beer and food chucks it in the bin and barred me from the venue. The lady named 'Hannah' should be fired from there so that it can be a better place for the customers. I have heard many people talking about her as i also work in the same industry. That's not good for being a so-called manager of the venue. She must be in a power trip.

Busy pub with a well appointed gaming room, attentive staff and clean and well maintained fixtures. Street parking available but limited.

I just want the owner of this hotel to know that there is a manager here who doesn't know how to do a customer service.
On 29th April 2023, i am not a bit sure but maybe she is the manager, she was wearing a light brown hoodie. She rolled her eyes and her attitude was really bad. No offence but I think she needs to have some much more training towards how to be a manager and she needs to know about working in a hospitality before she serves anyone.
As i work in a hospitality i want me to be treated in a good way as well. I am kind of a regular customer here but i don't think i am gonna go here again from now on.

Typical suburban pub - best points are the excellent happy hour(s) and the large TAB area.
Has upgraded the inside - a pleasant place for a quiet beer.

Food was disgusting, hospitality was horrible, not a place i would recommend at all!

Won some money... Much better experience then have had previously...

Great for a beer and they have a good bar menu

This place makes up the rules as they go, always closing off a section at whatever times they want because they don't want to clean. Closing would be 6am and they would close off a section at 12am. The female manager has an attitude problem and doesn't know how to do her job. Get your rules sorted out or I will be calling OGLR.

How disappointing, the last few times I have been here I have had an enjoyable experience. However the Indian man acting as if he was the security guard made light of my nationality and also warned me I could only have one beer if I entered the premises. He made me feel very uncomfortable and I feel this is very unprofessional behaviour for security staff at any pub or bar.

Was really good to have my 66th beer while watching the men play Australian Football League in the smokers area

Really friendly and cheerful staff they have there. Quite a few pokies machines but no roulette. Nice bar for drinks and some snacks. Near to train station and at the back of the hotel is Dooley's Catholic Club.

Not saying hi & thank you + just didn't say anything, you shouldn't be in hospitality business. Just going here sometimes because it's closest bottle shop near me. Last time female staff was very aggressive didn't happen so far. If you see this owner, you need a serious change. Probably I'll not visit this place again, but next time will make very unpleasant scene if I treated bad again

Haven't been there, the reason for this rating is a flag hoisted there.

I have passed through the area few times and can see a torn Nepali flag. To the manager: you might've missed it but now you know. Please change the torn flag or simply take it down. Thanks.

Bartender decided not to give us drinks after 2 scooners as we have been there for long!!!!

Great place to go for a drink with friends after work cheap prices $5.50 for a schooner before 4pm $5 during happy hour 4pm - 7pm. Great staff very hospitable & take away drinks available as well also nice sports bar setup with tab just a short hop skip and jump away

Good friendly environment very
warm and inviting a good place to drink and have a bet in the pub tab.

Pub is nice the food was good and the stuff were nice but the security
Guard was very rude to me it makes me not want to go back
