The new owners have revived this pub and turned it into a really nice watering hole.

Unfortunately, there is still no bistro or restaurant, thus no ratings for food.

Kicked out for gambling over 200$ because I was standing, the workers were treating me like in a immgrant which is quite hypercritical coming from there workers, DO NOT RECOMMEND

The girl working on Saturday night 11/12 November was so nice to my friends and I when we came in. The pokies were only open but she was super helpful and was really nice to have a chat too. Slay girl!!! Great customer service and also genuinely a nice person and experience

Very nice quiet but very modern pub

During my recent visit to the pub, I was incredibly impressed by the gaming staff who made my experience enjoyable and memorable. From their compassionate friendly and welcoming demeanor, they truly elevated my time spent gaming at the pub. Allow me to share my wonderful experience and commend the gaming staff for their remarkable service.

I came in 3 weeks ago thinking the food would be ok The 300g Rump Steak that I came in for was very chewy and was all charred on inside out.

My next Complaint is that the Vegetables were as crunchy and hard as anything I actually broke my tooth in a carrot it was that car it was like equivalent to eating rocks the vegetables were also a big rip off.

My other complaint is that the Toilets and the Bathroom were so dirty that I couldn't take the smell anymore I came in for Lunch on Saturday 3 weeks ago today.

My next Complaint is the staff are very rude and cold hearted people they had attitude and were huffing and puffing when they served me actually 1 staff member threw some change when I paid $20 she threw the $4.50 change at me I need to let you know that the behaviour from the staff wasn't acceptable.

My last Complaint is the food tasted 1 Star and a 1/10 the Security Guard was so aggressive to young kids and to me the Security Guard wanted to tackle me to the ground so I don't recommend this security guard to the community the Security Guard was drunk and yelling at women as well.

Nice clean place?warm service? always comes for a beer after a soccer game

Absolutely love Sonia the bar manager. So accomodating and pours me a sprite without lemon every time I come in without asking. The gaming staff are incredibly lovely here as well.

Nice place. Pokies are terrible unless you are a $5-10 per bet player

30% old chairs, carpet and tables - 70% new pokie room with upgraded bathrooms and bar. One way to destroy a local venue.

A local watering hole changed! Beer garden gone, pokies expanded, bistro absent.

3 issue that haven't gone down well with locals.

Should hit 5 Stars when they get a restaurant up and running, which is sorely needed in this part of the southern end of the St.George district.

Gr8 place to have a drink if U r living close by in the area.

Very friendly staff, have not been there for 20yrs, has changed with the times and is still a favourite pub of mine.

Under new management, Redcape Group. New lights in the carport so you can actually see as well as in the beer garden.Great vibes from new staff and very welcoming.Quite a few craft beers on tap now which is great for the younger crowds who dont want to have the staple beers (VB, Carlton Draught etc)Pool table is gone but have been informed they will be getting a super high tech one post renovations. (Super high tech meaning being able to pay pass instead of asking for $1 coins)Despite not having a bistro, the team have said its more than okay to enjoy some takeaway foods in their venue while you have a drink.Excited to see the renovations of this local pub!
