Good honest country pub great barman/owner good accommodation clean and good facilities.

I was passing through and stopped in for a go on the pokies, asked for cash out and the response wasn't great! There's a bank over the road I got told. I am not local didn't know there was a bank! It's a gaming venue and the money was spent there, maybe in future don't have smart remarks..

Lapped the state and of the pub meals we had, was a clear stand out! Great blended menu of expected country pub grub and unique locally sourced produce (the chicken schnitzel topped with a curry of Tassie sea scallops was divine). Large servings and amazing hospitality, thank you 😊

I can't vouch for the bistro or the motel. However the bar and pokie room are ok. Nothing really worth mentioning nothing sticks out about the place it's pretty ordinary.

Love going there for happy hour on Fridays. Lovely open fire, friendly staff, and catching up with regular and new friends.

Huge tasty schnittys ! Overcooked veg though so I suggest the salad and chips instead

Not flash but clean and comfortable.

Absolutely horrendous staff not giving us the right menu and NO wifi that for me is a big turn off I would not recommend

Fun little pub

Was great to stay only the cups bowls and plates in the room were dirty had to be washed before use but apart from that it was great

Friendly staff great meal stayed in room out back clean over all but windows have mold on then need to be cleaned not good to be breathing in your lungs

Food here is pretty good overall. Meatballs are highly recommended. I just need to find a night when they do mash potato.

Visited on a Thursday 13/11/19 and meals were good, vegetarian options very limited with staff having no knowledge of what ingredients for vegetarian, so disappointingly a bowl of chips for me, however most of our group did enjoy their meal Staff in bar & keno areas showed little to no interest in serving particularly for keno preferring to engage with their mobile phones. They had to be prompted to even service the area. I'd only go back if I was pressed to.
