Had chips and beers. Kids play area is amazing. Odd how such a large non-eating smokers area is right next to non-smoking pool tables and eating tables (and kids area entrance).

Stopped for lunch on a Thursday. No big crowds, staff very attentive and friendly, music at the right volume, food absolutely delicious. Probably the cleanest pub I have been to. Will definitely go again.

The customer service was outstanding - friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond by providing a safe and comfortable room to breast feed. The food was crazy good - we ordered the steak sandwich, cheesy garlic bread and fish and chips. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to others!

⭐ This one star is for the restaurant staff - every single one of them was genuinely friendly and welcoming. In fact, they deserve five stars. However...
We arrived around 9am, planning to have lunch at the restaurant later (they open at 10), and spend some time at the nearby market beforehand.
After parking, a cleaner asked if we were going to the market. When we said yes - and explained that we would be dining at the restaurant - he responded with a threat: "Hope your car is still here when you come back - it'll be towed."
Being intimidated before even stepping inside is not exactly a great first impression. Completely unnecessary, rude, and a very effective way to discourage customers from returning.

We stayed at the Imperial for the weekend and had a lovely meal in the pub area. The rooms were clean and enough space for a couple nights stay. There were pool and secure car park available for people staying at the hotel. If you stay over the weekend, depending on the week, you can walk to the Eumundi Market.
We had the September deal at the pub; Black Angus Tomahawk, it was cooked to perfection and the butter/sauce was delicious! Highly recommend
