Delicious food, great beer. Fantastic service.

Went there on the 23 of September 2023 for Octoberfest. Food was outstanding and plentiful. The beer selection was very impressive. Music was captivating. Staff were friendly and very helpful. All and all a great evening. Will be back for 80s retro night.

I have celebrated my mother on mother's day this sunday in the Hungarian Social Club as I have hungarian background. The food was exceptional, the service was awesome, the place itself spacious, and they have events almost every weekend. I signed up for membership before we left the venue. We'll definitely come back soon for more.

Food quality marginal, drink prices over the top big time. Can of Diet Coke $9.00 !

We dined at Gizi's restaurant. Cosy atmosphere with menu to match. Meals are generous and extremely tasty. Both the variety and the yumminess of the cakes baked by Gizi was to die for (and made to order). Service could not be faulted. Sylvia from the Club Committee could not have made us feel more welcome. Easy access and parking. Caters well for people with a disability as our group has three.

Awesome size plates decent prices and trying international beer from Hungary

I love this place and Gizi's Kitchen is the best. The schnitzels in particular are amazing. They have a smallish menu but everything is well made. They are happy to do takeaway and I often get frozen cabbage rolls to take home. Their cake selection is good and the servings are generous. Sometimes I go there just to get takeaway cakes.

The food is always fresh and taste like good wholesome food Mama used to make. People are genuine , directors care about the club and the pensioners that go there.prices are excellent and affordable so that seniors can enjoy a night out. The style of cooking is southern hungarian style which has a richer taste. Club is very clean and inviting.ive had better food here that in any eastern suburbs hungarian restaurants, or any of hungarian venue in fact. You can see the difference in this club to others, this is run from the heart. Reading the previous review I wouldn't take note of it as undoubtedly the person writing it has no experience in running and keeping a venue running a profit hence his sa attic comments to sadly discredit this club and possibly take over.this club has survived over 30 years.
