Mosman Pub has friendly and helpful staff . Recently been renovated and has a good vibe. Beautiful interior decoration and modern sturdy furniture. The menu consisted of pub food favourites and modestly priced . I ate on a large outdoor balcony upstairs which was delightful . Ordered chicken with coleslaw and chips which was perfectly prepared and presented . There is a good desert menu , I had the Creme Brulee which was yummy. Well worth a visit.

Love this place - great food, great drinks, great prices and great service. Can't go past the steak or the schnitzel, and they have more than a dozen different beers on tap all reasonably priced. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Best of all, dogs are welcome on the upstairs balcony which looks out at Boronia House.

Great atmosphere, inexpensive, delicious steak with mash =it was my review a few weeks ago. Today, I was looking forward to having the same meal but the stake was tough and chewy. I told the female staff but she was not concerned and said: "Hopefully, next time we can do better." I said: You should've done better today... she just walked away.

The pub is located within the main street of Mosman and is a great place to catch up with friends for a quick drink and feed.
There is a good range of drinks to choose from.
The atmosphere within the pub is good.
The portions for the food ordered was good. The food tasted good.

It is a wonderful place to catch up with friends. Good menu at excellent prices or with 1 other or on your own. Nice range of drinks. Lovely setting looking out to Boronia House. And most importantly, the staff are always so accommodating. Very good service all around. ?

I'm a first time visitor to Mosman Hotel. Very impressed with the service. Genial, honest, helpful and welcoming.

I left an item there last night and upon return a day later it was tucked safely behind the bar. A rarity in the bustling bars of Sydney town.

Speaking of bustling, I've added some photos to show the interior. In particular the comfortable booths with their studded Chesterfield leather retro finish....

If looks like there's no one here , that's only because I shot between the array of bodies enjoying fhe pub-simple but diverse lunch menu.

The air conditioning is cool... and yes folks that's carpet on the floor ( not the usual unkempt stcky type, ha ). You can actually have a good conversation in here without the usual echoing voices reverbedating off too many hard surfaces. The place is an alcove of charming delight tucked quietly off one of fhe busiest roads in Sydney.

Come and enjoy. Ive driven past many times without checking ir out and am now wishing I hadn't... don't be a duffa like me, come in and enjoy the extra cold drinks, nourishing menu, service like i haven't experienced in a while and a dash of old world charm.

It's a good place for parties and gatherings. Didn't enjoy it so I left as soon as I walked in. Couldn't feel a good vibe to stay.

Ruby the rescue dog and I met some friends at the
HM on Sunday night. We were on the terrace and the weather changed very quickly but the staff were on the job and very attentive to ensure we did not get wet. Then they moved us to a table were Ruby could be more comfortable. The food was great too. My only comment about room for improvement (that applies to a lot of eating places) is that there is more than 1 vegetarian option.

Will go again.

Service was excellent. It was very busy for a Wednesday night but food really good and cheap so no wonder. Good beer selection. My steak was slightly overdone but acceptable and tasty

Caught up with some friends on a Sunday evening for dinner. Food was excellent. The chicken schnitzel for $15 was fantastic. The menu has some great options and is quite big. Staff are very good - super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

An old haunt for me, been going here for years, since a teenager pretty much. A staple where I take my Mum for lunch on occasions or really whenever we catch up and want something to eat.

Food hasn't missed a beat, and the wait staff are always kind and willing to help.

Having a family now it's fantastic that they have that family area with booths and ingenious little high chairs which clip onto the tables.

If you want something a little fancier, you can head upstairs, essentially the same food but it's a more intimate experience, leave your kids downstairs ?

THE BEST CHICKEN BREAST AND MASH AROUND. An institution. Cannot be beat in terms of service and food at amazing prices. Great steak. Great menu. The best service. They will remember you no matter how many times you have been and make you feel like family. Please stop by ! The best.

I love coming here! The food is very reasonably priced, the steak and schnitzel are delicious. They have a pretty extensive menu and most items I have ever ordered have been good. Would highly recommend for a nice meal.

One of the best pubs we've been to. The beer was cold and served in chilled glasses. The place was immaculate. The food was great. To call it pub grub would be a hugh disservice. It was restaurant quality. Pity it's not my local.

So sad to see the quality has dropped so massively. I had not been there for a out a year. Burger was bad and the chips was one of the worst chips I have had for years.

If you are expecting a posh restaurant remember this is a pub. Very nice atmosphere. No crazy people around. Family friendly but it's a pub.

I went to Hotel Mosman for lunch yesterday and had one of the best meals. The Balmoral Salad with a generous amount of warm tender chicken added. My friends meals were also excellent, steak and Caesar salad. Service was excellent, the venue was spotless and a fantastic selection of beers and wines. Compliments to management, chef and staff. Thanks, we will be back soon!

Friendle staff and excellent service. My large group ordered close to everything on the lunch menu and we all liked our meals. Prices very good too. Try the dry gin cocktail, I loved it.

Delicious foods !!! And not over price ! Me and family are really enjoy comming here. Also good service and atmosphere. *we love grilled chicken and steak and Salad !! Highly recommended

The Duck is a credit to Mosman and one of finest steak houses in the Lower North Shore. A $15 steak with chips and the tastiest coleslaw ever is a treat worth twice the price. A schooner of Tooheys Old to wash it down and you're living the dream.

Best pub. I have been coming here for the past year and Im always happy with the chief meal or $12 steak. Really tasty food and beers! My wife (who is a vegetarian) is also happy with her meals too!
