We (3 people) ordered the special which was a 250g fillet steak with mushroom sauce.
It was superb, delicious and very tender, the steak mouth watering tender and the sauce was divine, we have all put that meal near the top of all our dining experiences. Enough to want to come back with friends and see what else you do really well. I hope this dish makes it on to your regular menu.

The Sunday roast was generous, tasty and better than mum could ever make! The bread and butter pudding was the best I've ever eaten, sublime, enough for two people. I would definitely come back again.

The outdoor seating offers a lovely atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing meal. I had the chicken schnitzel, which was tasty but felt a bit small for the price. I'd give it 4 stars if the portion size were more generous, especially given the cost.

We shared some small plates; sausage roll, Welsh rarebit, scotch egg, in front of the fire while watching the olympics. The waitress with short dark hair , was so cheerful, bright and full of enthusiasm for the ingredients and got us excited. The flavours didn't disappoint; it was all so delicious!
