We are 4 extra fussy diners who could not fault a thing today at our lunch. The only place we've ever experienced truly hot coffees. Food was delicious and service extra special. Thanks to all. Special thanks to Brooke and her Manager. We'll spread the word!

Shared a great lunch here today with 3 others. Lamb rump was amazing, and the others enjoyed their meals. Drinks were reasonably priced and staff were welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic food! The BBQ lemon and herb chicken was delicious and the steak was thick and cooked perfectly. Best roast potatoes ever. The Excelsior now tops our pub list for quality and good value meals. We'll be back soon to try crab linguine, roasts, fish, burgers, lamb and probably everything else.

Had dinner here with a friend & it was lovely. The meals were reasonably priced & delicious. Staff interacted with us like old mates & overall was a great spot for dinner & few drinks

Had dinner with a friend tonight. I had a chicken schnitzel with mushroom gravy. The schnitzel was perfect tasty and juicy. Gravy was on point. Could've had a bit more salad. The tastiest chips I've had in a while were where they should be, on the side and under the schnitzel. 9/10 guys. Very happy.

When paying for meal word was going out that buy a drink with your meal and a certain percentage off your meal. Worked out cheaper. Lovely dessert. 😍 coffee good. Took plates off table inconspicuously. Didn't see them or hear them.. I might have been distracted by guess. Enjoyable experience. πŸ˜‰

So.... I must say the Albion is my local and I heard along the grape vine that the same owners also own this joint. So naturally loving the Albion I thought it would just be right to give the Excelsior a try and wow. Two words... Bloody Amazing. Schnitzel was thick and tender and the gravy melted in the mouth. However now I am faced with a dilemma. I've got two locals!!

I was at a Mothers Day Lunch yesterday and I must say that the service, although they were under the pump, was amazing. On arrival all the Mums table received a complimentary glass of bubbles which was a great way to begin our lunch. Later there was a free raffle as well! The meal was hot and delicious, the chef and kitchen staff certainly had their work cut out. Thank you all for making our day so enjoyable.

The place was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The pizza seemed to be a bit smaller than listed on the menu(9inch), but it was very nice and tasty.
I'd certainly go there again.
Was back there Saturday, was fairly busy, but staff still excellent, friendly, and efficient. Food was still great. πŸ™‚

Good, honest local pub. Staff friendly and courteous, as are (most) of the locals and quick with a yarn/bit of banter. Beer always fresh and reasonably priced, as is the tucker.

This is our local pub and price/quality is pretty good - it was excellent and I would have given 5 stars but since covid hit, I think they lost some good staff and chefs ....so there was a noticeable drop in the quality of food. It is a bit hit and miss in regards to food but the staff are amazing and friendly!

Four of us got served three meals and they forgot the other person at the table. Asked for some vinegar and was supplied vinegar in a soup bowl. Had to ask again for a spoon. The hits just kept coming... Came here ten years ago for a counter lunch, it will definitely be at least another ten years until I come back and I'll also be looking out for the under new management sign... Worst counter meal ever.

First time experience, actually a lot better than we expected. Went on the steak night so $10 off each steak which were cooked perfectly. Reasonably priced drinks with prices listed for the tap beers so a plus there. Will visit again for sure.

Went for lunch with my parents. They had a great range of foods to choose from and had great lunch deals was either $12 or $15 lunches. I got a pasta dish, it was tasty and I had leftovers due to the large portion sizing. Would visit again :)

Well, the Excelsior Hotel was my best choice I made to visit and having delicious meal with my friends...
Special thanks to the kitchen chef for perfect rack lamb cutlets....with pistachios, Wow!!! I can say..I do feel guilty because I left my plate empty....all gone! The place was clean and tidy , service quick and very nice.
I think that is best adverts for EXCELSIOR HOTEL and I am going to back soon there and reccomend to my friends .....

One of the most coziest places to have drinks with friends n family members.... I loved the ambience of this place... Very quite n comfortable place..... Enjoy a drink or two @ this Hotel n make the best memories forever
