Modern and very comfortable. I visited for lunch with a group of seven adults. Roast of the day, pork or lamb, steaks of your choice, fish and chips, pizzas, salads, pastas...even Asian dumplings. Wide choice with high quality offerings. My roast was superb, half pork , half lamb with baked potato, and steamed carrot and beans. Pork crackling was a standout, as was the accompanying gravy. My friend's fillet steak was to die for, as was the fish and chips. Avg prices $18 to $22, a bit more for the steak, and add a couple of dollars for non members. Service was as it should be. Highly recommended.

Best dining experience here. My partner tried himself once when I have my company party at the top of the club while he waited for me before Christmas. So we came back to the club again. Tried the noodle and dumpling bar there with my partner recently. Best food in the club we tried so far. They also have fresh chillies available there which is just GREAT. I love that. Also lots of sauces to chose too. The food was so yummy. We love to come back again in the future. Keep up the good work. ??'??

First time visiting Hornsby RSL, came here for junior snooker tournament. This club provides amazing environment for children who are passionate about snooker. Food was absolutely amazing here, kitchen is really extremely busy during lunch time. Service was great, team was very diverse, I felt warm and welcoming. Will come back here more often in the future.

Wonderful pub food selection. Value for money and the quality shines. I enjoyed the scotch fillet cooked medium. Simply delectable. Becoming a member is totally worth the 10% saving, and the $20 birthday month credit is worth every cent. Thanks for making my experience a memorable one.

Mini Casino. Staff very helpful when you enter the building, to sign in. Meals were good, a bit overpriced to be fair. Spent a short time in the Pokies, no luck for us.
Very clean, Toilets were clean.
Apart from the Staff at the Foyer, there's not much Staff/Customer interaction.

It was my first time in the club and I think last as well. We meet there with our friends for dinner. I have ordered slow cooked pork bun and my husband Singapore noodles. Very disappointed ?. Everything was so cold and tasteless. Noodles very dry. Unfortunately for us never again!!!

Went there after a long time. The place has been renovated well. We went to the bar upstairs. It thas a good decor and vibe. The food was good and each dish was plentiful for Three people. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the beer from the tap was not chilled nor was the drinking water.
Hopefully next time it would also be chilled water and beer.

Excellent club with a wide ranging fare of food and drinks in different settings, including the Courtyard restaurant and Brew bar. The restaurant gets busy especially during the weekend evenings, so a reservation helps. Food - pub good as well as Asian - was excellent here and great/ efficient service. Brew bar does full justice to its name with a excellent variety of beers and spacious ambience

Lunch was great. I ate chicken snitty with mash veg n gravy. Chicken was yummy and tender with crispy delicious crumb. Mash buttery and moreish. Beer on tap cold and refreshing. Coffee n carrot cake afterwards was spot on. Comfortable seating. Decent pricing. Great for bistro meal.

My lunch on the 26th September 2022 Pork baked meal. Unfortunately it was delivered to the table warm to cold. Expected a hot meal. I was hungry so I ate it. I was going to ask for a refund or hot meal. Very disappointing visit to enjoy lunch.

Tried one of the worse steak ever. I was attending a graduation banquet, once the main was served, I asked the waiter if it is possible to have replaced any plate which was not that dry. After minutes, the waiter replied which he can't do anything as they did it in batch. Don't expect any up to standard steak there. To be fair, other dishes are up to standard .

The Hornsby RSL offers very good value for money in a friendly atmosphere. I haven't tried the Asian delights but the lamb shanks are to die for. Delicious! Don't miss out on them.

Hornsby RSL does a fantastic high tea, the service is so friendly & efficient and they clearly have some top chefs preparing the delicious food. Even the kids high tea is great and they cater for food allergies very well.

As far as RSL's go this was pretty good, great portion size. The food did take quite a while to come out, that was the only issue. I was waiting for a long time. But I like the selection and range of variety on the menu

A very large restaurant with nice decor and atmosphere. The menu is frequently updated and has a large range.
The food is very, very good by RSL standards (particularly given how big the operation is, with a cast of thousands) but it's not particularly cheap. It's head & shoulders above any buffet style offering.

Fantastic meals in The Courtyard. Menu has great depth to suit everyone. Very kid friendly and the desserts are always amazing. Maybe the best meal I have had there was the Redback Burger meal. That looked amazing and it was stunning to eat. Even when its very busy the service is excellent. One of the best places to eat or be entertained in Hornsby. New Kids Party area added on the third 'Attic' level. That looks like a stack of fun.

Our second year going to the Sydney Comedy Festival Showcase at the Hornsby RSL. Its a good venue for it, will big tables for groups, assessable food out of the room and a big bar at the back. Bar food is fine but better to eat first then watch. Theres a kids area upstairs that is pretty decked out, alongside a second bar. Parking onsite is always full, try to find a street park and walk.

Its been quite a few years since Ive visited Hornsby RSL club. I recently visited for Sunday lunch and was really impressed. They have done major renovation since my last visit. The Courtyard restaurant looks great. Very nice atmosphere and was fairly busy when we were there.We ordered some steaks which were great. I think pricing was a bit excessive for an RSL club but I did enjoy the meal. Will definitely return to try some of the other eateries in the club

Hornsby RSL Club is a posh club in the north shore. Become a member to enjoy a load of benefits. Plenty of space, nice food and great hospitality. There is also Arcade Bar and Bowling facilities. They offer takeaway as well. The ambience is cool. Courteous staff at reception helps you check in. The chicken schnitzel with mash and gravy is my pick. The tap beer is a good choice to relax with friends. Kids menu also available.
