This is a wonderful, warm experience with open fire place and courtesy staff, great meals at a good price. Love the Potatoe & Leek soup Hot! out of the pot, highly recommended.

Went for a birthday meal tonight - the food was fine but the service was not. Were given an entree which was incorrect and told we couldn't return it as it was OUR fault on ordering. The waitress wouldn't back down and blamed us for the error. When we asked for a container to take the unwanted meal home (which was a MAIN meal NOT the entree we ordered), she came back with a plastic container and dropped it on the table. I asked if we had to put the food in ourselves and as she walked away she went "Yep". Not impressed as we were not at all rude. Probably won't go again simply because of that. Pity as the food we had was quite nice. The young waitress may need to learn some better customer service skills.

We had a group of 14 adults and 5 children on sunday afternoon attend Hogans for lunch. Their food service was very fast. I must say the meals were large (even the half serves) and very tasty.

Stayed at hotel for 1 night for a golfing weekend. We were all impressed with their rooms, service and overall atmosphere. The food was great and not expensive, our group all enjoyed their meals which were delivered in a reasonable time when they were quite busy. The decor, comfortable chairs, particularly in the lounge and high ceilings really set this place apart.

5 stars for Jess and the team at Hogan's for looking after us for our daughters Christening. They went above and beyond to make up the room and it was a great day had by all. Great food and huge portions! Thankyou!!

i'm still currently sitting here and the chips are horrible tastes like they have been refried a few times and are just dry.

Lies to support services and claims they have no availability when they actually do. Did some digging and gathered some Intel today which confirmed. I understand the potential risk involved however the self-serving and non-communal approach is not a service benefits the community, they are looking up for their pockets, not for you, your family, or your community.

Very nice pub, live the Chesterfield couches and the lining board ceilings, staff were great, food was good, knocked a star off only because I found the Parma sauce a bit sour but chicken was cooked well as were the chips and vegetables, chips had very little seasoning as well, overall very happy

We had a family celebration for my Mother's 80th birthday in the bistro private dining room today. I booked the venue after coming to trial the bistro a few months ago. The Hogan's Hotel staff were very helpful, going over and above to assist us. Meals were served in good time and everyone enjoyed themselves. Thanks to staff. We will be back.

Nice place to stop in for a meal. The new lounge is very quiet and comfortable. The new chef has made a great addition as the meals are terrific

Good evening dinner. Parma was a good size and the chicken and mushroom risotto was good as well. Not a bad atmosphere for dinner and staff were helpful and nice.

Excellent staff, excellent food and family friendly, this is most definitely a place you have to try. Tip, try the smoked aoli. It's amazing.
They also have a great little entertainment space for the kids with indoor playground and games.
But that's not all. Great ambience and an inviting open fire.

Went to the new cocktail lounge. It was so beautiful, roaring fire, great service and generally a beautiful spot to sit down, have a conversation and a cocktail. Very relaxing. I could have been in Las Vegas!!!!

I have not stayed in this hotel yet but I ate here n it was awesome! The lamb was succulent n the creme brulee was the BEST I have ever tasted! Biggest brulee I have ever seen I swear! Definitely tempted to travel over an hour for another creme brulee or two lol 😁

Was therefore a private function, the staff were super friendly and constantly checking and clearing tables. , the food was beautiful and function room was a great size for any gathering

We stayed after attending a birthday at Hogans cafe/bar & restaurant. The rooms were great, large, spacious & very clean. Comfortable bed & nice modern bathroom. The house keepers were friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend if you need a room in the area

Had the roast and the potatoes were not roasted. How can you call that a roast. Tried 3 times ( think I'd learn) now. No more. My hubby likes the carbanara so i will have to find something else if we go back.

Was only there for a short time, staff were very friendly and helpful,  room was spacious, clean and well furnished.  Very well priced. The food was excellent,  a good menu range with any type of drink you may want. There seem to be many more facilities available but due to my very short stay did not have a chance to explore.

Went for lunch today. Parmas were both lovely. Staff and service were 5 star. Special thanks to Andrew. Great customer service.

We hired the venue for corporate use and the facilities were fantastic, the food was lovely and the staff provided exceptional friendly service. I cannot recommend Hogans Hotel enough. I definitely will be coming back here!

Ordered a meal in the Bistro. The meal arrived quickly and was delicious. The serving size was generous too.

I went out for a lovely meal with my friends but I feel because of my mental health status I had to explain why I was "drunk".. for those who understand mental health and realise that being out of the house and having 2 drinks makes you feel normal and only to be torn down... anyways.. enough said, I'll let you decide where you want to eat

Had a meal there on the 15th August and the food has gone back up to its usual standard thankfully. Meals before that had gone down hill but we all had clean plates this time the meals were lovely.

Bingo is great.The caller is terrific.Staff are helpful and friendly.The place is clean and I enjoy going there.

This was a pleasant stay with a large room, large shower all mod cons & clean & tidy with walking distance to all amenities like food shopping & pub
