Large clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet, even though motel on busy road. Plenty of parking. Staff are friendly, helpful, and so welcoming. We were able to get real brew coffee (not instant! We are coffee snobs), from a machine in reception, anytime of the day. For a great meal, you only need to walk across the road to the Sun Hotel. We most certainly will stay at Raintree Motel again.

One of the best motels I've stayed at in terms of service. Can't fault the owners at all. Two of the most friendly and hard working people I have ever met. Thank you for being so accommodating during our stay. Highly recommend.

Can't fault the owners. Accommodating from start to finish. Lovely lovely people. Room was spotless and our extra requests granted without fuss. Only downside was a group of about 12 teens (footy team) who spent the night Knocking on EA others doors and peering out their bathroom window at ea other. Made for a late night (2pm) -concerned for our car and lack of sleep for my husband recovering from a medical procedure (not locals). Not the owners fault but the boys need to learn respect! Not a tarnish on the facility or management at all!

Nothing too flash but very clean. Friendly management. Good location. Large single room. Changed to 5 star because they let me book in early at 8.30am. Short notice too.
