Standard type motel, rooms a bit run down but meals are good.

Great clean and tidy budget hotel. We stayed in room 34 and super comfy bed, big comfy pillows and lovely views out the window.

Room quite expensive but very clean and comfortable. Linen and towels great. Heater and shower good. Restaurant meal good price and quality

The menu on the website isn't what they have. Chicken schnitzel was well overcooked and dry, fries barely warm and the tiny salad had no dressing, everything was tasteless. Go elsewhere.

Friendly staff good rooms, and its pretty hard to miss just at the main road but still quiet.

This is really a worker's motel, rooms are clean and tidy, bistro menu is limited, definitely focused on workers, not travellers

Went for lunch with friends, although we live live locally had never been to the restaurant before. Pub meals but very very good. Certainly the best meals in the area. Friendly nice staff as well. Will definitely go back there again.

Absolutely beautiful place. After arriving in Zeehan only to find out that the Cecil didn't have our accommodation we tried this place hoping they would have something even for one night. They couldn't have been more helpful. The staff, the food, the room it was all so comfortable. Will definitely be back

Like the town it is situated in, the Heemskirk is old and tired, catering very much for locals and workers from local mines. Accommodation is clean and better than basic but offers only two family units with kitchen facilities. There are no facilities for children's entertainment but In-house WiFi is very good l! House-keeping staff are very cheerful and helpful, indeed the entire staff are friendly and accommodating. Food is really very good, well priced and their Parmi night draws a crowd of locals as well.
DO NOT miss the Heritage museum it is truly amazing.

Decent room. Stayed in 13a and it had. Comfy beds and couches. Even a kitchen if you wanted to cook something up. The food at the restaurant was good, however a few of staff didn't have particularly good customer service skills.
