Terrible service. Lined up for 10 minutes to order only to be told at the counter that many meals, including the specials board were not available. Why have a menu and specials board if you're not offering all that is on there? It's understandable that things might be hard to source but let people know before they line up!!
So we lined up again with a plan B. My brother-in-law ordered before me. Then the girl serving simply walked away for several minutes without explanation. When she finally came back she took my order, which came out very quickly, however they must have misplaced my brother-in-law's order because 10 minutes later they still had not received their meals.
I returned my chicken burger and got my money back. If you're going to give your burger a gourmet name, then you need to deliver a gourmet burger, but half a schnitzel (literally a schnitzel cooked then cut in half) with a bit of iceberg and tomato served on a grocery store bun is not a "Chic Station Burger".
After making enquiries, my brother-in-law's meals finally came out. His gourmet "Harrington Burger" was undercooked, and he returned it, my sister also returned her chicken burger.
The poor service continued as the manager argued the point with my brother-in-law.
Poor service, poor food. Definitely do not recommend.
