To my detriment I made a lot of assumptions about this place operating like moat people would expect from a suburban "Tavern". Turns out it's a pokies joint with an air fryer. Suggestions for ways to improve? Update the name to Hampton Park Pokies.

-100/10 gaming attendant. One of the attendants clearly does not hide her disdain for the job. Expect to be treated like a low-life gambling addict if you just want to bring your friend over for an occasional play at the slots. She will stare you down as if you are inferior human being for no reason. One time, a patron was receiving a video call, and the screen was showing the camera for video call request. The attendant walking past accused her of filming the slot machine. They explained that they weren't recording, it was simply a FaceTime call and they did not pick up. The attendant did not listen and continued accusing them that they are not allow to film blah blah blah.

Well, leave your job if you hate being around people who come to the slots.

the pizza was small for the price but it was such a good atmosphere to talk and have a good time!

Went there tonight with a mate. Being quite late they said nope sports bar is closing go to gaming room. All we wanted to do was play pool we are not interested in pokies. Anyway we ordered 2 schooners they were ok ,bit flat. I said because they are a bit ordinary can you just bill be for 1, nope can't do that. Was still good getting a beer at 1am but not the greatest experience.
I've had other times here when sports bar is open and the beer is great. So its hit and miss.cheers.

They need to bring food back even if it's not a full.menu like before even if it's just snack food hot chips mini pozzas . It was nice to sit with family and eat

Really rude STAFF member who is an elderly lady with short white hair. I asked for a coffee politely and she said to me "i'm gonna put an out of order sign on this machine!" Very rude toned used I might add. Feeling awkward and uncomfortable I said I was more than happy to pay for it. She continued to repeat what she had said and added "we don't have time/staff for this"
I have also seen this lady and other staff talk to the security extremely rude in front of customers also.

I felt so uncomfortable have never been back and will not. Really dissapointing as I have spent hundreds of dollars here and without customers including myself the elderly lady would not have a job to pick and choose who and what she serves.

All round decent place different range of people young ,older but good spot during the day and if you like to gamble there's new machines there so give em a shot 😉 see u again remember add my YouTube

1. Rude customer. Met a rude customer. Drunk and half naked. Walking around the bar. He is yelling and swearing at me. I am being nice and he was just rude.
2. Irresponsible security. Saw this drunk and rude and half naked customer bothering me and did nothing.

Went to the sports bar with friends from work. I went to the female toilet the door said vacant. I pulled the door open only to see some feral bloke in there going to the toilet. He told me that's why the door was closed. I could not believe it. Then he stood at the bar talking to sucurity and bar staff. Absolutely disgraceful

I stopped it this tavern twice now in my way home from work and both times I felt there were just perves in there apart from that it wasn't to bad

I went to Hampton park tavern to go eat at the restaurant only to find that the restaurant was closed when covid struck 3 yrs ago, how unfortunate as I enjoyed the food from there.

Very disappointing that bistro is closed and no meals served here. My family used to come here often for a good meal. Hope it changes soon

Came to the venue last week during the evening with my partner to have a outing together and to catch up with some friends, My partner and I are both diabetic , and over a period time being at the venue we both over time went to the bar to get small complenmetrty soft drinks, on the last occasion my partner went to the bar to get us a couple of drinks, after he had came back with the drinks our friend who was near the bar over heard the lady make a comment to the other female staff member saying how many free drinks does he want. After hearing that my partner and I were both shocked and disappointed with the staff making those sort of comments so left

No meals anymore but staff in bar and pokies super nice a relaxed atmosphere

There's a saying that goes and I QUOTE: " Some things are best left unsaid" ...especially when withdrawing money & a staff member reminds you of how much it costs to do so....and unbeknowing to me till later my partner being told the same but far worse WE WILL NOT BE RETURN ING !!!

I gave them this this rating because because all the staff were very friendly and swapped my meal over when I didn't like it with no extra charge in which I was very impressed by and the place was very clean

Very nice ladys at this venue tidy to.

Good modern design pokies etc but the highlight is the the friendly staff and diligent covid procedures
