Second time I've booked and requested a window seat. Second time I've been seated in horribly uncomfortable seats and sat opposite reserved window seats that remained empty for the entire 90 minutes we were there. You send confirmation requests the day before and state that if you don't arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation your reservation will be cancelled. Last time I posted a negative review about this process you said it would be looked at. Nothing has changed. As you can't hold members accountable for their bookings then I will now dine elsewhere. It's time you looked after the people who dined there, not those who selfishly reserve seats and don't turn up.

Terry is the reason I come to the lakes. Over the pass few years I've had many options for what club to have a cheeky beer at after work. His outstanding customer service is the reason I often pick the lakes. He's charming a friendly and always willing to help. He honestly could be a better bartender

Worst parmigiana I've ever had. It was dry with barely any sauce and a very dry/overcooked sprinkle of cheese on top. It had clearly been cooked a while ago. Sent customer service an email the next day and never heard back. Used to enjoy coming here for dinner but probably won't go back.

Used to love coming here but even the view can't redeem the club anymore. Things have gone downhill. Today we had the displeasure of ordering the worst burgers we've ever had. The vegan bun was rock solid and the patty was inedible, with the grill marks painted on as another reviewer points out taste and smell gross. The chicken burger had a manufactured chicken patty, not something you'd expect to pay $22-$27 for. Customer service was non existent and you are required to self serve water, including filling the bottle with an incredibly slow tap. A joke of an experience, we'll never be back.
