We had my daughter's 2nd bday at GI and everything was amazing. Joseph was very helpful, and made everything run so smoothly. He had the tables ready for us, the presentation was great and everything was catered for as promised. The food was lovely and generous. Highly recommend working with Jospeh and the team at GI.

Great Pub - can't comment on the motel. Food is OK, beer is normal (but well maintained). Large carpark (for designated drivers). A REAL PUB !!

The greystanes in is not a great experiance anymore. Food always cold over priced tastes revolting. When telling the staff is like it was a problem. It was a place we used as we live close ashame it's gone down hill. We avoided for 5 years. Now never again 16 years, ago it was the place to go. Save your money not worth it.the security try to intimidate also.

What an absolute dog of a place the G.I has become.
Been coming here for over 6 years 2 times a week and the service has gone down the toilet.
The manager is rude, obnoxious and makes rules up on the spot.. if he doesn't like what you have to say, he tells you to leave and go somewhere else. 4 different chefs in 3 months, different people behind the bar constantly and the ones that have been here for a long time simply don't want to be here anymore..
The menu is printed on paper and photo copied. One female toilet had been out of order for over 6 months, I could go on. Don't think I will be coming here anymore. What a shame.

Very nice place. Plenty of parking spaces. Beautiful open area. Play area for kids. Good Service. Good Food. My local'Greystanes Hotel". Just visited yesterday for dinner with my family. This time the food wasn't the best and very large portions. Could not finish. Probably new 'shef' in the kitchen. But still happy to go there again and won't hesitate to recommend friends to visit.

Not sure if the bottler is apart of this business, correct me if this is wrong. This is for the Greystanes Bottler. Please remember that coins are a part of Australian Currency and that refusing to count $12 in cents is illegal. Please communicate to your staff that coins are money and that $12 in cents is not ridiculous. It was enough cents to fill a small pencil case... come on seriously. It would be different is your machine was broken, but this is just pure laziness.

Highly recommend this venue if you have children. We chose to have my sons 4th birthday here mainly due to the quality of the food and the friendly service. The children's play area is enclosed and is great for all ages from 18mths and up.

Management has gone down hill significantly. I've been going there for years and it needs a big change. I would start with the publican, Colin, he has no people skills and avoids any interaction with customers. He has not addressed me directly about any of my concerns. He's changed the staff multiple times in one month, the turnover has been so high in general which results in poorly train workers, chefs (food is terrible), maybe the cause of the problem starts with management. There's no lunch time specials during school holidays and the bottle-o also serve smaller bottles, charging higher prices!! A corona is 355ml but theirs is 330ml. They're ripping off customers and getting away with it. I and many of my mates will not be spending one cent there again. I see other GI locals going to other pubs in the area instead, so this is not an experience new to me.

Karaoke was awesome. Outdoor space was fantastic. Food was well proportioned and fresh. The manager was also incredibly and respectful and helpful in looking after the food allergy safety concerns of one of the members of our party.

This is a pub with wheelchair access. It has a good beer garden and a good TAB area. There are plenty of tables and chairs with high tables and stools in TAB. Food is OK, my pasta dish could have had a bit more pasta. Beers are main stream CUB. They have meat raffles on Friday, Karaoke Saturday Trivia on Wednesday. There is plenty of parking and a bottle shop that I think is a drive through.

Such a welcoming and family friendly vibe at this place. I cannot thank Elle and Dave enough for their help in putting together a birthday party there. Very accomodating to our large group, the food kept getting compliments from our guests and the kids had all the fresh air and space to play and hang out. There's also a parents room located near the outdoor play/dining area which is great for families with little ones. Their per head banquet style options are fantastic and there was plenty of it x lots of parking spaces and accessible.

Staff are lovely, the food is delicious, and reasonably priced. Kids play area is great and bathrooms were clean which is always great.

Food is great unfortunately the Floor was all wet and muddy in the undercover outdoor area and I nearly slipped over instead my nephew slipped over, face planted and split his lip open. Wasn't even raining that day. A mop up would of prevented this.

Staff (bar girls) were amazing. Watched security ignore the drug dealing but that's all to common for a hotel. Then watched on from my semi comfortable seat while the very same security tries goading a patron to fight him? $6.20 for a standard schooner, bit steep.

I satisfied the job they did but the service and reception is terrible. My car repairing was arranged by NRMA and I was told it would too 10 business days but eventually it took 4 weeks. I was told my car was going to be ready on Friday and reception did not notice me to pick the call until 3:40 and reception told me have to be there before 4pm . I lived 7k away . I tried my best to get there at 4:02pm . The reception just told me the business was closed and asked me to come back next Monday.

Friendly service and generous portions. Kid friendly too with a playground available.

Great place for hard working educators to support local business. We had our meeting and a wonderful meal together.

Schnitzel is AMAZING! Tried all three different kinds available on the menu; Parma, Southern Fried w/comeback sauce and standard crumbed. I'd have to say that the standard crumb Schnitzel is the winner. Steak (Sirloin) needs salt but all in all pretty tasty. Salt and Pepper squid is to die for! Salmon w/veg was a bit of a miss but that may have been the batch. The gravy needs to be a little thicker than it is but still incredibly tasty. Staff are very attentive and accommodating.

As always the GI delivers its signature locals. I will give the GI a improvement on the cooking after the sacking of the previous cheif and hiring of a new one. The food quality has improved dramatically in the last couple of months. However the sacking of old staff and hiring of new ones is much to say.Since COVID-19 this year the GI has a big wake up call in regatds to seating and eating arrangements. But never the less the GI has endured. Hope to see it return to its former Glory.

Perfect place to have a drink and some food with friends and family. The spirit selection could be a bit bigger. But no disappointments. Food is always good as are the staff.

Very friendly place, went there for the first time tonight to try it out. Average food as you would expect from a pub bistro but even then the standard was below average. We had the grilled calamari, it was deep fried, very oily, bonus chips with but it help to kill the experience rather than improve it. The vegan bowl was good, I had the scotch fillet medium rare, but it came medium well. the only good I can commend on is the bar staff, table service, and covid safe procedures. Food hmmm.
