Rooms are great, cozy and private. Aircon is amazing and has all utensils you need. Bedding is decent. Customer service at restaurant by staff are awesome. Except the manager, he needs abit more training in hospitality. location is amazing 😍

Despite a bit of rain during our stay, we still had an absolutely amazing time at Great Keppel Island Hideaway Resort. The weather didn't stop us from swimming, exploring the island, and soaking up the relaxed, laid-back atmosphere that makes this place so amazing.

We stayed in an Island Cabin which was typical of a 3-star accommodation, basic but comfortable.

A huge shout-out to the head chef, who truly went above and beyond for us. The food was great especially the ribs and chicken skewers.

The staff were friendly, courteous, and always happy to help, which really added to the overall experience. We felt welcomed from start to finish.
Highly recommend Great Keppel Island Hideaway Resort for anyone looking for an awesome holiday adventure. Rain or shine, it's a fantastic escape and we will definitely return.

Our annual girls trip to GKI Hideaway did not disappoint! We had a beach front bungalow this year, and like flying business class, once you go there...you'll never go back! The room was spacious enough for 4 girls and our many accessories, close to the beach and pippies bar, had unobstructed views of the water and was overall the perfect spot of a few days relaxing. Loved it and can't for next time!!

So we haven\'t stayed here but have been over a few times for dinner and drinks. Really nice vibe, great views (especially over sunset and the parmi was delicious. We decided to share a brownie after dinner and I was pretty surprised tbh. The smallest brownie I\'ve seen in my life with soft serve ice cream and a single strawberry for $13. Really tasty but I thought the size was super tight

Anyway, great place and great vibe. Definitely worth at least one night while you\'re on keppel

A big thank-you to Lainy today for kindly showing us to our rooms and making sure we were comfortably settled in. She was so warm and welcoming, and truly started our experience at Great Hideaway on a lovely note.

We do have one small piece of feedback for the island: the room keys can be a little confusing for us. Removing the first two digits on single rooms would make it much easier for guests *especially older ones* to find their way.

Overall, we sincerely appreciated the wonderful service and Lainy's thoughtful assistance.
