Stayed here last night and had the worst nights sleep I've had in ages.
Doors slamming, generator humming and music which didn't stop until just past midnight. Music then started playing again at 5:45. It sounded like it was coming from the pub below and I did complain. Another man said they do it all the time. Don't understand how you can wake your own customers. Ridiculous!
Tv was also basically on the ceiling and a smoke alarm was pulled off and had a bag over it. Obviously people had been smoking in there ?

We had everything we needed at a good price. The staff were lovely and the location was great. Right next to the train station but you couldn't hear it at night.

Great stay, a minute walk to the station! It doesn't get too loud/rowdy, even on weekends. 2 train stops away from Parramatta.

Rooms are clean, shared bathroom is well maintained. Would stay again! :)

The room is okay for the price , if u look for luxurious its not the place for u because is just okay to sleep. Air con is cold all day long which i love. The share bathroom is always clean. The staffs are nice and very kind. The location is probably the best part. Not too far everywhere. Highly recommend

OMG! OMG! I stayed on Saturday 20th May, 2023. Putrid, disgusting, mould and aged cigarette odours. This place chilled me to the bone. I just wanted to stand up all night rather than lie in the bed. I actually felt physically ill from the odours. A full overhaul of the entire accommodation should be on the cards or condemn the place. Sick to the guts, never, ever again!

Excellent place to land in, especially if you are visiting Sydney for the first time. Great location, friendly staff, good amenities, clean rooms, and the best thing is that you get value for money. Keep it up. Must visit for everyone. We checked in yesterday and will be staying until Saturday 02/09/2023. Cheers

This place has the best pub food ever amd the guy making it nails the food! I loved the food for the price I will come back every week haha

Great stay at the Granville Pub. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect with the train station right next door but we never heard a thing. Pub stays are different to motels with the communal bathroom/ toilets, but they were always clean and tidy, access was easy and the rooms clean and tidy for an old historic pub. Great value for money.

Honestly one of the best pub in Sydney and a place to stay , very clean , close to shops , woolies , stuffs are very good , service are very good but the only problem is someone living there is stalking us every time when we were there , it's weird and annoying . The lady that cleans from Monday to Thursday very nice lady and she never complain unlike the Friday and Saturday ladies too much complain about the messy when it's their job to clean . No job is hard , if you expecting to work like just do lil job and go but you're getting paid by it and we also not giving bad money . It's not a mess it's just laziness . We stay for a week with three kids so don't expect the room to be perfectly clean as you wish because it's your duty as a cleaner to clean .

Great little pub with an adequate range of spirits to choose from. Super handy being right next to the train station as well! Shaun and the team are very friendly and professional! Will be coming back here again!

This was my third stay here and will definitely stay again. Quick easy check in. Rooms were clean and quite roomy a with all the facilities needed. And location is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is my choice of places to stay in Sydney

Spent 3 Nights here a Week ago, Great stay, Room was clean comfortable, relaxed environment everyone there was kind and respectful, for a first time visitor to Sydney being able to have access to the Train station across the road was by far the best feature as it gave access to the City, Price was amazing, all basic supplies within walking distance. Shared facilities were clean and available even when Hotel was full, couldn't fault it, Highly Recommended.

Loved our room here. Fantastic value for money. A cheap stay but really comfy bed and nice clean room. Shared bathrooms don't bother us at all. Lovely big mirror in the room.

Good hotel accommodation for the star number it has been given. Very good location, directly opposite Granville Train Station which is not a long trip to Central Station.
Clean place and has all necessary facilities, close to retail shops and in a relatively quiet area of Granville. Great place to stay for a night or two and very affordable price.

worst experience ever. found cockroaches in room. Bathroom is like in back packers. There is not place to keep hand towels. they just placed it near sink. hand towels and toilet papers are same.bathrooms are so messy.

The stay there was good I liked it, before hand when I booked the place heard that's where alot of junkies stay. But I didn't care about that. As long as I had a decent place to stay for three days for work I'm good. The staffs were all awesome. Thank you Granville Hotel for the stay.

Stayed at this hotel whilst visiting family in the area. Close to all anatomies had a really good restaurant on the corner. Conveniently close to train station which I loved. Stayed at a few pub/ hotels and this was very quiet yes we had to share the facilities as they are not in your room. But they are very clean and well maintained. They cook there own pizza which was made delicious. Would definitely stay here again when in Sydney. Thanks guys had a lovely stay and look forward to seeing you again soon. ????-

The room was very comfortable, cosy and clean. The shared bathroom is a little small, but still ok. Staff were friendly and the location was great for access to public transport.
Be prepared to hear a little noise from the pub part of the hotel next door :)

Great all round venue ! Gaming manager Rad is always smiling and makes a great coffee ?? Shaun was a great help with surrounding places to eat and visit. Kat & Chiara always bring a great vibe to the place. GREAT VENUE ! WILL BE BACK ! And better that they open at 6am ?

Friendly staff and cheap beers on tap. Disappointed that Chandler didn't get the win but that's life. The fight would have been more enjoyable viewing if the projectors were of a higher quality. That said I enjoyed being within walking distance of El Jannah. Bless.

Absolutely superb atmosphere and attitude from the staff, that are highly hospitable and friendly and kind with their patrons. The staff really know how to welcome and make the customers happy. With convenient pricing with their liquors and beer. Suitable pub for locals but also a great humbling place for new comers. Awesome starting time at 6am, so thoes who wanna get their last few hits in can have some fun! Overall love the place and it deserves every star it gets! Lots of love nyoki babes c;
