Great clean tidy pub room with good hot water .

I'm a local, love Chinese & going out to lunch with my hubby. We no longer dine there to the rudest waitress I've come across, pretty sure she'd I've witnessed customers walk out.

We drove to Merimbula for Thai only to find out almost everything is closed for takeout. So we drove back to Bega where everything is closed as well! Except for the Grand Pearl, being hungry we decided to go in as first timers and order. We did find the food here to be really good and we were happy with our order - the prawn toast was super tasty.

Another fantastic night at the Grand Hotel. The band smoke and mirrors was playing and had the pub rockin. Will definitely be back AAA+++

Loved it! A deep bath with masses of hot water in an old hotel room. So nice.

Friendly helpful staff. Room warm & OK, but the water coming out of the taps was a rusty brown and didn't improve much after I let it run for a bit. Restaurant busy & OK.

Lunch the other day was okay, except for the rude lady that took our orders, offering me a "shit sandwich" as a recommendation. When l suggested this might not sound appealing to other customers, she said that she doesn't say that to customers she likes. Disgusting & unprofessional conduct...

We had our little furbaby with us and wanted to eat a pub meal and enjoy a few drinks. Josh the manager was very accommodating! He came and picked us up in the shuttle. We sat at the beer garden section as we had our furbaby. We ordered drinks and our pub meal. Meal came with a free drink! Bonus. They had good music playin over the speakers. Josh also took us back to our motel in the shuttle . Highly recommend to anyone wanting top notch country service.

Not the best experience, arrived fir dinner 8pm, they close at 9pm, was a quiet night and they didn't really want to serve us. Dinner arrived and was not bad, waitress hovering vacummed around us asked if we wanted takeaway containers. Not a pleasant night.

A very good old pub with clean quiet and comfortable rooms with clean onsuites. No complaints from me. Happily stay there again. Good restaraunt, friendly staff & reasonably priced.

We stayed there for our conference and oh my goodness I wish I could take my bed home it was super comfy and the restaurant was so handy

The young lady in the dinning area was lovely never stopped working and was extremely helpful and very pleasant

Came in here for a beer one weekend and no one was obeying the covid-19 rules in place. On top of that all the Aboriginals were fighting out the front.

Absolute disgrace of an establishment and now know why nobody ventures out to this pub anymore.

Look elsewhere if you'd like an enjoyable evening and want to stay safe.

Amazing place. Although their beef rendang comes with hot chips, it still tasted a lot better than expected. No comparison to any of the more authentic Asian food places. A typical country take on Asian cuisine. I'd go back here for sure. The service is also quite good.

A succulent Chinese meal if Ive ever had one! Must get these flavours in and around your mouth!!

The pearl Chinese restaurant was a delight. Good service and honey chicken to knock your socks off. A must visit.

The Pearl - what else can I say but best chinese I have had in at least a decade. Move over Ying Wah! The cheese museum can wait, go straight to the Pearl!

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us 5 mins before close. The food was excellent and the service fabulous.
