Used to love coming here for 10+ years however the menu keeps changing and we miss the local "pub" feed that was always available! Where's the steak sandwiches, loaded parmis etc. The prices seem to keep going up but the quality isn't, unfortunately this means we usually eat somewhere else beforehand as for a local RSL it's pretty disappointing!
The bar staff are amazing and the outdoor area is definitely such a vibe, just a shame the bistro doesn't match! Needs a serious kitchen reno to spruce it up abit!

Away from all the hassle of the city, a nice, cosy, family friendly atmosphere with good food, very respectful staff, good wine with reasonable price and a big backyard with a playground for kids and live music.
We enjoyed a lot.

A very good RSL club. Nice staff, great facilities and an outside garden area (kids area as well), with excellent food. Their nightly specials are a bargain and aren't sized down to match the lower price. Thursday is Parmi night.

Nice family spot , for a few drinks, kids can run around in the outdoor area , friendly . Prices have definitely gone up I couldn't believe Lassana was $24 small square in a bowl nothing else so when you had a few kids with this option expensive especially when U had sides of chips , garlic bread , salad can buy a whole lasagna for that omg ?, won't be rushing back for food very average nothing special.

Great area for kids, staff are nice and friendly, very ordinary food. Kids love the place great space to play footie and a playground. Food was pretty ordinary.. best to stick to burgers.

My friends took me to this club for lunch. I enjoyed their outdoor sitting and friendly waiting staff. They have nice selection of beers.
The food was priced very reasonably, but the fish had that fishy smell that tells me it has been sitting on a counter since yesterday.

Awesome outdoor playground for the kids, with a big grass area to run and play. All fenced. The food is amazing as well, haven't had a bad meal there!

Good food and a great Aussie atmosphere. Open outside area for kids and family and a lovely vista of an Australian bush with native bird call and friendly Aussie local people

Loved dinner at Glenorie RSL. Had not been there for years, it has all been done up and the food is amazing!!!!!! Best steak ever.

My partner and I had our wedding at the Glenorie RSL's The Grove function room a week ago. We have been members for a while and have grown up in the area. The staff at the Glenorie Club made every effort to make our special day fantastic. It was exactly the celebration we were after. The renovations they have done over the last several years have really pushed the club into becoming an attractive venue. Tearo (the chef) produced a fantastic buffet which the guests complimented. I cannot recommend the Glenorie Club enough for those who would like a beautiful, stress-free wedding!

Very cute and cosy little rsl, the staff are very polite & professional. The food is good it just took a long time to come out. We waited 30 minutes for our dessert and my sticky date pudding came out cold. Overall, it was a good experience.

Anniversary lunch after 45 years!! Tearo prepared for me a whole lobster mornay and pavlova for lunch. Best meal ever eaten at club. Usually I order steaks but he went out of his way to make for me. Took 1 and a quarter hours to get there but worth the trip.

Excellent play area and lawn for young kids. Great live music on Saturday, definitely one of my favourite spots for a quiet meal and a few beers.

We hosted a birthday function at the Glenorie RSL and couldn't speak more highly of it as a venue! The staff were fantastic and so helpful before and during our party. The menu was adjusted to suit us and the food was plentiful and tasty! It was the perfect day/night, inside/outside, family-friendly space!

Unfortunately it gets worse each time we come back. The service is very poor, and so is the food quality. The vegan bowl was basically inedible, super dry stale quinoa/chickpea mix with undressed lettuce leaves. I've had the haloumi mushroom burger before and it was very plain. The prices are very expensive especially for what you're given. We've previously had to clear our own plates too as nobody checked on our table. Sorry just needed to say this as a warning because it's very disappointing.

Fantastic spot for the kids to run around and kick the ball. Quiet with no big crowds and noisy main roads. However the menu is lacking a little. The pasta is bland (I had the boscaiola), and the schnitzel was dry. The steak was tough and the sauce lacked flavour. I would love to see a revamp of the menu items!

Glenorie RSL has plenty of space for kids to play and run around. The food however was average at best. I wouldn't recommend the surf and turf, I ordered medium/rare and got well done. We had a big group and bought our own cake for a Bday and we weren't provided plates or forks. I don't know if they have new management but it used to be better food and service here.

The Gleorie RSL serves good pub food and our two visits there have been delightful! The staff are super friendly and the food was served really quick, which is what you want for a quick dinner out.

I'm on a bit of a burger-kick at the moment and the cheese burgers are delish! I love their fries: hot, golden, crunchy on the outside and beautifully fluffy on the inside, just as fries should be! The portions are generous too, which is always a bonus.

We're out-of-towners and so won't have the opportunity to go there often but if we were locals, we'd certainly be frequenting this place!

Great family oriented RSL club.
Fantastic selection of food from the restaurant menu and the staff throughout the club are friendly, attentive and professional.
If you have young ones there is a brilliant outdoor eating area with an amazing play area and grassed area for those warm summer evenings or weekend lunch outing.
If you're in the area and want value for money food and friendly service then this is the place to be.

Great location for parents with kids but the food is very much below average in my opinion. All 7 meals we ordered were bland and felt like they were heated in the microwave from frozen packets! I think there is a real opportunity for better food to be produced.

All I have to say is AMAZING. Wow. Just wow. The people you meet here and the atmosphere is so whole hearted and genuine.Along with the theme of the RSL and outdoor wood areas just adds to the experience immensely. 2 times I've been here and 2 times I've loved it. Glenorie RSL is a hidden jewel and a must go if you want to meet people that you can be lifelong friends with. Again just wow!

What a great experience. Plenty of parking after a lovely drive to the Glenorie RSL.LOVELY WELCOMING STAFF. The drinks are reasonably priced, and the food was good, better than good. I ordered the Rib eye on the bone, it was perfectly cooked. The club was clean and tidy, and comfortable. I Joined the club imediately. I will be back..
