Had a work function there. The sandwiches were delicious. The party pies, sausage rolls and chicken nuggets made me feel like we were at a kid's party. WE ARE ADULTS, I think party pies, sausage rolls and chicken nuggets could have been replaced with something more suitable for adults especially when there were some people with dietary needs. Function centres should automatically provide some form of dietary need. Rice paper vegetable spring rolls, fruit platter.

Always the place to go for good, drinks and to watch a good game of bowls. Staff are friendly and always great to have a laugh with the locals.
Cocktails are good, and staff are very knowledgeable about alcohol consumption for their patrons if they have to drive.

Good range of food to choose from, food was fresh and cooked well, bar could do with a larger range of drinks to choose from. Nice cosy atmosphere, clean and cosy.

Restaurant service was poor ...meal came incorrect they took it back and seems passed on to someone else ? ..I asked about desert. Lady advised more choice in the back but wouldn't put it out until sold - would not go back. Better management required.

Did I just pay $20 for three lettuce leaves and half a tomato? Isn't this supposed to be a club? Owned by a billion dollar company Panthers. How on earth are these meals all around $36. No wonder it's practically empty at dinner time on a Friday afternoon.

Seriously the worst lemon meringue pie I've ever eaten. Obviously baked to last the month. Rock hard pastry. Lemon filling as pale and tasteless as the chair leg, meringue that collapsed to nothing on touch.

You never know what you find at Glenbrook Bowling club other than great food.

On a Friday lunch
I asked for perch with out chilli sauce as I am minus a gall bladder . Answer was no has to have chilli sauce.
Tried lamb and vegetable option - took one hour to serve meals.
My meal of lamb cost $33.00. The lamb was full of gristle. The only vegetable was mashed sweet potato sprinkled with cheap salad spinach leaves that you can buy at a fruit & veg shop for $2 as garnish. No other green vegetables. Very disappointing. Will definitely not not go there again.

A nice place to go for a good coffee. Highly recommended.

Nice outlook on the greens. Pricey drinks for an RSL, extremely pricey. Bar is slower than molasses in winter and not so much as a smile even though Ive been in about twenty times. Seems like the bar staff always have something else to be doing rather than serving the drinks in a timely manner. Sometimes theres three people huddled up counting 5cent pieces while you wait.

Great venue for families. Food is good reasonable prices.
