Considering how busy the bistro/pizza place was, the meals came out reasonably quickly. You can sit anywhere and order from anywhere. Large and yummy meals, loads to choose from.

Most importantly, I would like to praise Kim from the bistro. I attended the club last night with my daughter who has Autism and was having a very difficult time negotiating the club. Kim identified that my daughter my struggling and went above and beyond to help us. Kim was so wonderful and helped us to be able to enjoy our meal. Thank you so much Kim for being such an Angel. You were everything I wanted to be and everything I needed. Well done! You are an asset to the the club and I have no doubt that you are a wonderful Mum. I very much appreciated you and your efforts should be commended.

I would like to say that I eat regularly at the club and I am always satisfied with the quality of the food and the service however busy the club gets.

Was recommended this restaurant by work colleagues from Sydney. The food was average but what was the real winner was the wide range of Italian desserts. Prices were really decent too even if you're not a member. I would return if I was a local but likely not travel from Sydney again.

Having heard good things about this place, I finally checked it out... large dining area, bustling with patrons and wonderful aromas of Italian cooking!

Great for groups and families... and you can tell it must be pretty authentic food, by the number of Italian diners.

The Pasta Bake was tastier than expected and the Grilled Mixed Seafood Plate was excellent!???'?

We had a wake in the Renaissance Room yesterday and I wanted to share my appreciation.

From the first phone call with Sarah, she was so professional and helpful. When dealing with a grieving family member, they understand that there's a lot going on and go above and beyond, like not charging any deposit up front, the didn't charge room hire, they were really flexible with time and menu options.

They handled the wake with incredible sensitivity by making the process so easy, and on top of it the food was tasty and plentiful, the service was patient and kind. They even packaged up leftovers and had it ready in a trolley ready to wheel to car, which Bank the waiter/barman did patiently. Thank you Lisa for sorting the bill quickly.

Food was horrible! Except the calamari that was great. Chicken schnitzel came out, chips were cold and the schnitzel was undercooked on the outside seemed to have been pan fried in oil which is fine but the sides of the chicken weren't cooked doesn't seem like the oil was deep enough should have been picked up on when it was plated. If you can't get a schnitzel right (the most common meal at clubs) what hope does the rest of the food have.

Love this place. Dinner was so yummy. The meal sizes are huge. Definitely coming back. The service was very friendly and they couldn't help you enough. Very nice and polite.

Dinner on Wednesday night, ordered steak & veges. Medium rare with Dianne sauce. Cost non member $40. What a disappointment, steak was so tuff. Dianne sauce was just gravy. The vegetables were mash (the best thing), cauliflower was not cooked at all. I should have gone to a steakhouse where I would have been served & better quality. Very very disappointing

Both food and customer service were great! Haven't been here since just before the pandemic, so I was nicely surprised with great variety of food, good and efficient service. On a busy Sunday and full house it took just 15min for the food to arrive! Well done! Thank you!

Super busy when we went on a Saturday about 7pm. It was hard to find a parking spot. The food was good. The staff were good. Would definitely go back.

Yes we have been here and I enjoyed eating at the Il Bene Pizza with a Tutocarne Pizza and my wife had a chicken ???" Snizhel and vegetables and mashed potatoes ???" but the oil tasted nasty ? and we had to have a coffee ?? and cake ? to get rid of the taste ??'? on our tongues ??'???'???and I had a coffee and Florentine biscotti and a strong bow dry cider ?And the great thing is the Pizza was $15.00 and not $22 on a Tuesday night and we fueled up our car with 98% petrol ?? at the Metro at Fairy Meadow ?????? And you might just see a few Italians in the restaurant and bars and sports venues! I saw that they have a childrens play area and they have some small soccer fields child size! We will come back again!???????"??"?? They also have entertainment Center for bands! The people serving on the counter were not very helpful and they were not good enough?

Bistro is fine, but the pizza restaurant Has Some of the best pizza in Wollongong, But unfortunately wait times can be abysmal. Luckily the staff is friendly and was happy to compensate. Would rate 5 stars otherwise.

I'm sorry to write this review but I am very disappointed with the food we received in the bistro. We have always enjoyed eating here but last night the food was terrible! The chicken schnitzel and the salmon dish was cold, they were taken back to the kitchen to be reheated, came back warm on the edges but cold in the middle , the salmon was taken again but still wasn't right , the waiter offered to take the third time but we declined as reheating over and over again is just not nice. The meals were not eaten. The flavour in all 4 meals we ordered was not there, what is going on? I don't know if it was just our order last night but I hope this doesn't happen again to us or any other, as eating cold food is not enjoyable. :(

Christmas Day Buffet. Food was very good, and a great many selections, well organised. However very little Christmas atmosphere.

Met a friend for lunch and had the fish in batter and barramundi. Very nice as always. Pleasant dining area freshly redecorated since my last visit. Nice atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Coffee in the Cafe area was good and staff friendly.

I was alone travelling back to Newcastle. Lunch was very enjoyable and both courses were of generous portions. I will visit again next time I travel through Wollongong. All staff were very pleasant and the atmosphere was great.

Management staff are truly the most self absorbed narcissistic in the Wollongong region. I've seen how they treat the staff and how they remove peoples human rights. So I'm really happy to see this club finally going down the drain where it belongs.

The general manager along with duty management need to be removed from the workforce and mentally assets. I definitely am not ruling out the fact they need to be charged criminally

After many tireless hours of searching for the 'fun tokens' I was led to this location. I had emailed them about the fun tokens, and to my disgust there was no response. These fun tokens are not an item to be taken lightly. I hope for better communication from this establishment in the future.

Shared a dinner for my sister's birtday. Had the best schnitzel delivered in a very short time. Great service at a good price.

Nice club. Old mate at the front desk was too busy looking at he's phone to greet us, Had to basically beg to get a reprinted members card, as I had misplaced mine.All other staff were brilliant. Duty manager was lovely and couldn't have been more accommodating. Saw us struggling to understand how one of the machines worked. She took the time to explain it for us. We had a great afternoon.Keep up the great work guys

Lots of parking but could be lit better at night. Friendly staff. I was there for dancing- nice timber floor and decent size. Bit of a rabbit warren/maze, trying to find my way out of the building, though.

Have been coming to this club sincethe early 80s onwards, celebrating family weddings birthdays and christenings, love the frat the food is amazingly delicious always, very friendly staff..A must for all who visit the Great city of Wollongong...

This Venue has undergone some refurbishment and offers quite a welcoming feel. And of course the beer is cold.. Plenty of parking.. recommended. Thank you.

Nice big club , but the hit for me was the south coast pale ale on tap, after trying this I rated in my top 3 of all time, so if you like these types of beer it's worth pulling in
