I took a group of seniors to Fountain Gate Hotel today and we had a great visit. Zoe was our waitress and she was incredibly patient and helpful. There was room to put the walkers to the side so they were accessible but not in the way. The food was delicious and most of us had dessert and coffee, which we usually skip, but because we wee so comfortable everyone was keen to just hang out. The nice big windows meant the dining area felt bright and spacious. On top of all that the prices for Seniors meals was real value. Loved it!

Never ask old asian lady for a complimentary cappacino when u spend hundereds on the pokie machines she does not like to do her job. I was asked hpw many fn cappucinos do u want, then she made it to hot to drink. Apart from that the rest of the staff 100÷ lovely xo

I had a seniors meal which was Very Poor the food was cool and the lamb was tougher than old boots. The roast pork was just as bad, it's the 3rd time I have been there and it has NOT IMPROVED. COME ON PEOPLE THE FOOD IS NOT THAT HARD TO COOK.

Servings are good and they have great discounts for seniors. The ribs needed more time as they were a bit dry.

Made welcome even though we had a very large group. Food was served on time and there was little waiting between courses. There was no push to get us out at the end as they allowed us to talk when other customers had gone. Food was in generous helpings and everyone said how nice it was.

Drinks and food are wonderful. We gonna try medium rare next time

Meals were very tasty, l had the seniors porterhouse which came with chips, gravy and side salad, A1 customer service, very clean and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Plenty of room and the toilets were very clean.. but the reason I didn't give 5 stars was because my meal was nearly cold and the chips weren't fresh (they tasted and looked a few days old).

Outstanding variety of food - and everything (if you've enough room to try it all) tastes amazing! Dinner at the fountain gate has become our large Families tradition whenever we visit from New Zealand for it's quality, costliness and the best part - suited playground areas for our Children of all ages making Family dinner a hassle free and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We came here in a very large group, the staff is great.
But there's a problem with the QR code order.
On the proper menu it says you get a meal, dessert And drink.
But when you go to order children's meals with the QR code, it asks you to add on juice for an extra 2 dollars something and doesn't actually let you select a drink.
You need to fix that.

Definitely our new favourite place to hangout.
Came down for a few drinks, bar staff and security are absolutely amazing!
Can't wait to come back for dinner and a game of pool.

Security guard number 217 got in my face and was very rude to me. He made a point of being very dramatic with hand gestures to deliberately embarrass me. I had already checked in yet because I didn't produce a green tick at the door I was asked to leave. As someone who has been abused by men in the past and is diagnosed with PTSD I am devastated I was treated this way. I hope he feels like a big tough man having me collect my kids from tons of fun in tears. I will never return and do not recommend.

Great friendly service and food. 10/10

I had the sliders as not a big eater they came quickly with garlic break but the steak my friend ordered took over half hour. The cocktails were well priced and made quickly but the service was 2 star Max. Neither server except the 1 guy who brought the sex on beach cocktail either like being there nor wanted to be there. We ended up due to the other restaurants we wanted to eat at being booked out. Mum's don't book ahead and we have learnt BOOK AHEAD.

Located in a huge shopping centre. Good under cover car park. The Jewel reception room provides good service.

Very quiet, not many people there. 6 people eating , 4 of us.Got our order wrong, steak was tuff as. Probably won't go back there again..

Went on a Sunday, Garlic Bread was on point!Porterhouse Steak was really dry & nearly burnt (asked for well done)No napkins were on the tables either.Service was alright, they kept coming back to confirm with us which was great but there were only 2 other tables with 2 people on them so shouldnt have been that hard to take our order
