Good place for a beer on a sunny Sunday afternoon

Been coming here for over 14 years and have always enjoyed the atmosphere. People are always friendly and always look after me and my family.

Ordered fish and chips, the chips almost cold and dry and the salad was drawn in dressing. Not nice to serve intentionally that sort of meal.

Great Atmosphere ??'??But food service was shot & to think we waited 1 hr15 for a burger & snitzel but the the head chef Laugh when we asked how long not once but still laughing when my wife went up.

It is a very nice beach facing large bar with a bistro. It was recently renovated well. The bar has a decent range of beers on tap. Can be enjoyed while listening to live music outside or watching sports inside.
Weekends may get busy and noisy.
Hopefully the security will get improved around visibly drunk patrons over the time.
Unfortunately cushioned seats inside were already dirty and stained.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Terrigal for the weekend. We tried to go somewhere else for dinner but their kitchen had closed. By the time we got into the Terrigal Beach House, their kitchen had also closed, which was disappointing. Not sure what else to do, we decided to stay for a drink. I then went to the bathroom and then we both went back to the bar to buy another drink. The security guard approached my boyfriend accused him of being drunk and asked us to leave. We literally had the one drink the whole night. The security guard couldn't explain himself. We left as we were told to. We were only planning to stay for one more drink anyways but I guess they didn't want our business. Terrible experience. Particularly as there were plenty of drunk teenagers around who seem to have gone unnoticed.

Very nice and relaxing place for a drink and nibbles. Love the LIVE music, staff are friendly, venue is clean and nicely decored. food and beverages are great! I love to sit outside looking at the beach.. They also have nice sitting indoor area with TV on.

New renovations look great. More open and welcoming vibe to the place. Pizzas were amazing and reasonably priced. Drinks fairly priced. And the new Pokies area looks great! Live music from late afternoon to night on Friday,Saturday and Sunday. As well as a DJ from a certain time. Dogs allowed at all times.
