For my dining club and my friends we rate the Flagstaff Hotel as the best in SA for quality dining, a great gaming facility and fantastic staff! Over the last 10 years we have dined there at least twice a month! Recently we have tried some stunning meals there including Mediterranean kangaroo, Moroccan lamb shanks and their stunning lamb Wellington! The table service from the staff is outstanding! The staff is always friendly and cheerful and it is quality service with a smile! The gaming area is very pleasant and the staff are friendly, courteous and attentive to the needs of the patrons. By far the best and friendliest gaming area that we have discovered in Adelaide!

A very enjoyable Sunday Roast at the Flagstaff Hotel today. Lamb was plentiful...and tender...and accompanied by seasonal veggies. Service was fast and efficient. Will definitely return

What a wonderful meal. The food was a solid 7/10 with the pork belly being a little dry but very good crackling.
The blonde young man that served us was lovely and polite and made a very good impression of the establishment. He was courteous and professional when serving our young child and made us feel very welcome.

Good hotel dining experience. I found the staff friendly and helpful. If on the menu, have the Moroccan lamb shank. It is superb and just melts.

Very organised Sports Bar. Staff top shelf. Meals (especially schnitzels) are great. Not just the standard types but Mexican and a few other non standards available. Can take away which is perfect. Plenty of screens and beer garden one of the best.

Four stars... Not for being a "Four Star" restaurant, but well worth the four stars for a pub bistro.

Used to have a pretty good 'salad bar', would easily be a five star bistro if they brought it back!

Fantastic food at great prices. Staff handled the situation very professionally when our table of 12 made our ordering way more complicated than it needed to be, on a public holiday no less (due to massive miscommunication, our fault). Would recommend A+

Not too bad actually. Prices were fair and the food was nice, with a salad and veg bar to boot. Staff were nice and friendly and the atmosphere was cosy. Desserts were the usual as most places like this but were very nice all the same. If you haven't been, definitely worth a try.

Large all you can eat, tasty soup, salad and veg bar. Meals are average pub fare. This hotel has a large pleasant restaurant, with main road views.
