Went for a drink and couldnt get in. Checked hours on website, but it was locked up. There was people inside.

Great, no nonsense country pub. Cold beer, discount for RAS members but unfortunately the kitchen was closed when I visited. Recommended.

What a great venue! I held a training night there last week, and it was fantastic. Excellent food and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

I love the Ferny as our stop in after work for a wine down. I rated this place 5 stars as the beer is always cold, the place is always presented clean, the food is better than always expected. Thanks for supplying a charger station for my phone. Without it I would not have even been able to stop in. Cardless society these days. Well done Ferny Crew.

Fantastic little pub in the industrial area of Port Macquarie, predominantly a workers pub, it has its own little clientele after five a great happy hour and good value for money with the food. Nothing flash but good quality at a good price. The tap beer here is also fresh and cold.

Cosy character filled venue with friendly staff and great food. Although they ran out of chicken tenders on the night.

Wednesday meal deal chicken schnitzel $12 each with a topper of various sorts and extra $3.50 plus buy a meal and get a free drink on the very next Saturday you return. It was the best tender chicken schnitzel and huge I've ever had. It was a big meal which also included chips and salad.

Fernhill.... Staff are always friendly. Food is amazing. PIZZA 2 for 1 on a Thursday. Cheap beer, good cheap food and just great all round.

The Fernhill has an old school charm, in saying that it has just had a fit-out and it's flash as. New toilets, new kitchen and new flooring plus the staff are tops and there are plenty of local clubs using this place as a meeting point.

Hot wings, parmaganieo stuff, perfect chips also has the tab and screens in the main area for those wanting to donate to the poor million heirs.

241 main meal on a Thursday! Great for the money. Does get busy so we went early and get a seat.

Not a bad place for a cold one after work.
Good service, good food...only nitpick is they close up early when slow, so not guaranteed to be open past 8:30 some nights (midweek).

Basically a tradie pub for after work.

My first visit was one set with trepidation, given it's labelled as a "workers pub." Well, not only was there nothing to worry about, I ended up being very impressed with the whole experience - the food was fantastic, the staff were lovely, the pricing was terrific and the locals were great. Needless to say, we'll be back!
