What a dismal dining experience. Understaffed, long wait times despite an embarrassingly low number of people in seats, and the staff available were not able to concisely answer when asked about allergy friendly options and cross-contamination for a severe allergy. Drinks were flat and near room temp, as if they had been sitting out for a while or had just been stocked into the fridge. Wanted to enjoy our night as I had previously been to this establishment and had a straightforward experience with friendly and bubbly staff, but it seems they have let their standards drop through the floor. We have let our friends whom frequented Fairfield Hotel know not to return until they bring back what it was.

I feel quite embarrassed for suggesting Fairfield Hotel to my family. I've eaten here a few times before, but after the experience we had today, I don't think we'll be returning.

My family and I came for dinner but left unsatisfied. Pricey menu, mediocre food, poor quality beers and unattractive atmosphere. After paying, I kindly wanted to speak with management about our experience in further detail, but they didn't care to hear our feedback.

Quite boring. The poker machines are a drag. It would be better if they had more pool tables and air hockey. Some music. Maybe a DJ? Other places have a DJ. At least some decent music. All you hear is sports. If you want to gamble your money away. This is the place to come.

Only dropped in for a bet no more cards to fill out to have a bet only machines did not know how to work them but the place very clean even smells cool up graded place top jop very nice set up now very polite the people that work there I heard very nice meals relaxed atmosphere cool place now

Went to the Green Peppercorn Thai restaurant here. Been here a few times. Food is always awesome!

Best and authentic Thai food I can find in Sydney. Enjoyed the food plus service was also great. A large range of draught beer on tap and wonderful cocktails. A great night out any day here. My all time favourite restaurant in town. I keep coming back and I am never dissapointed.

Well, actually we had dinner a few days ago at Green Peppercorn Thai Restaurant. This restaurant part of the Fairfield Hotel. The food were OK but not great. We've got served by young waitress. All she focused only write down our orders' menu without try to ask us whether we'd like the food spicy or not spicy. Because that's what Thai food about..spicy, sweet, sour.
Also surprisingly the Soft shell crab menu so salty.

we ate Bass with mango salad. not as great as I remembered it.staff friendly. ambience it decent. service is decent.

Awesome staff. But on the day i visted, there was a not so happy patron, who gave them a very hard time including the security. Will vist again.

The surroundings is very pleasant and you can relax here and enjoy your time at Pub and the food here is absolutely delicious.

Very relaxing place to have a nice cold beer . The staff are super nice . My friend and I got a very nice welcoming treatment from staff. It was our first time there and we enjoyed our visit . Also an amazing Restaurant right next door . Best way to end my day after work. Cold beer and a excellent meal next door . I definitely recommend stopping by here for a cold drink . Nice relaxing outdoor area too to chill out with friends. Definitely will be going more. Loved the vibe here .
