With regret as a regular patrons I have experienced terrible customer service there are a few concerns. mainly this occurs when management are of duty weekend staff
Allow these few things are happening eg let others in before opening locking doors on other patrons,won't turn down the volume of music and other issues I would appreciate a discussion at a convenient time for all envolved. I wish for this to be resolve in a harmonious, and confidential manner to those involved.

Very interesting people after midnight

I'm specifically reviewing the 9/11 as I haven't been inside the hotel itself. With that aside, it's a small but sufficient bottle shop. They are able to fulfil our household needs on a regular basis, and that's really all it needs to do. The people that work there are nice and though we don't really converse I feel some familiarity with them through repeated exposure (I'm not an alcoholic I swear). My partner is a wine drinker and 9/11 seems to be the only shop that stocks her choice beverage. I am a beer drinker and I suppose the only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because I wish they had more in terms of European beers. A caveat from operating within such a small store, imaginably. With that said they do have the staples of all types you'd expect to find in this country. Still, it's the nearest bottle shop to my house, and for that fact alone I will keep going there.
