Absolutely amazing! Ordered the schnitzel platter and oh my, there was so much food. All delicious

Food is good but not consistent.
Staff are attentive but depends on who's working and if they are distracted by having a chat with a patron (consistently).
Atmosphere is almost dead, the few times I called in after working close by at around 630 there was no one in here, make u think why?
Good luck. Need improvement, won't be back.

I got the chefs special the chicken pesto pasta was the best I've had and the chicken burgers are absolutely delicious I'm so glad I came back I wasn't sure after the American menu but I'm glad that my local has a great menu with great meals and great service compliments to the chef and deb is a real asset she gives amazing service we will be back

The food is very flavourful and cooked to perfection, me and my partner had wedges as an entree, she had the curried sausages and I had a Parmi. Unfortunately didn't get photos of the rest of the food but I managed to get a photo of the parmi, it looked delicious and my partner was happy with her food as well

My family and I went somewhere new for dinner. That was a mistake. We ordered a pizza, salt and pepper squid and a chicken schnitzel. Was notified they were out of squid "it is the only thing we don't have" (no problem) so we happily decided on the fish and chips. After sitting down for quite a while we were told that they were out of pizza. OK. We changed that order to beef schnitzel parmigiana. A while later they then notified us that they had no garlic sauce for the fish. So we asked for aoli. Our meals eventually came out.
After starting my meal I noticed that my beef schnitzel was WAY under cooked. I waved down the grumpy waitress to let her know and she blamed the butcher. I then went to the bar to speak to someone else. I explained the whole story as above and she agreed that the new butcher was not good and they would not be using them again. Did not seem sorry or ask to even see it.
Correct me if I am wrong but butchers do not cook my meal a chef does.
I chose not to eat my meal apart from the chips. The second staff member after my family finished eating came and asked if we would like a drink on the house.
We declined.
We will not be back.
Other diners did not seem happy with their meals either.

Quiz night on a Monday is the best way to start the week! Paired with 50c wings, you can't go wrong. Great staff and great food, we'll definitely be back.

Had a fantastic meal and quiz night here a couple of weeks ago. Great crowd and super friendly staff, particularly Shane. The food was superb (we had a chicken schnitzel and a burger) and it arrived within 15 minutes of ordering, even with it being busy from the quiz night. Highly recommend!

Have been to a couple of the quiz nights now, not local to the area but thought I would give it a go.
Such a fun night, food was delicious (I have coeliac disease and can't have dairy and they were able to give me an exceptional meal at short notice) the quiz Meister was brilliant and service excellent. I will definitely be coming back- hopefully our team will win next time!

The staff are welcoming and polite, nice atmosphere, the building is clean and tidy, the toilets were clean and tidy also.
The food is tasty and very good portions, very well cooked. Parking isn't an issue as it is within Elizabeth shopping centre complex.

Despite living in the area all my life, this is the first time I've eaten at the Elizabeth Tavern. First it was easy to locate a car park. I booked a table online. The menu is varied enough but there are no vegetarian options. The meals were well prepared and well presented. The venue itself has a myriad of massive led displays showing live streams of sports from all over the globe. The seniors card discount is a bonus. I found it friendly and pleasant. I'll come again. I would not hesitate recommending it as a group venue.

Changed menu to be 'american'. Ordered on the app but had to go to the counter to remove liquid cheese and other amendments-perhaps someone could look at the app so we don't have to waste staff time on this. Otherwise the staff are lovely and helpful. Food was good and exactly what I was expecting, prices aren't bad. Overall a good experience. Would go again.

There is a new menu at the elizabeth tavern and at least in my opinion it was a great change. In my last review I was a little disappointed in the food however our visit this time was great. Garlic bread good, and the new American style burgers with chips and onion rings were a great improvement. We will definitely be back again. Well worth a visit NOW some clever marketing could see the elizabeth tavern full at lunch and dinner. Great changes have been made to the menu and venue. My only negative was the service being a little slow but in the end was worth it.

I'm disappointed to hear that the quiz has been cancelled due to low attendance, especially considering how busy it always seemed to be and the challenge of getting a good seat. Many of us quiz enthusiasts would prefer a smaller prize pool over the quiz being cancelled altogether. For instance, offering $50 for first place and $25 for second place, totalling $75 given away instead of the usual $175, would be a reasonable compromise.

Came in to try the new menu and we were not disappointed. Food was amazing, the service was great.

Brilliant salt and pepper squid; chips are top notch, aioli was okay accompanied with a mug of latte. Chairs are uncomfortable.
My personal trainer BJC says nice beer garden atmosphere and the mood became better once the wedges hit the table, A surprise chicken was the only dampener on a pleasant evening however the quiz erred on the side of extreme difficulty. Good night overall for BRSJ

If you enjoy playing the pokies I suggest you go somewhere else if you are lucky enough to win a feature or free games they will turn the volume on your machine down killing the mood and turning your vibe else where I feel like I should have left and enjoyed wasting my money else where instead of gambling unhappy I don't mind losing the money but I do want to enjoy it walked in with $1,000 walked out regretting spending my money there staff was nice up to that point apparently it's the bosses rule but I don't know any other gaming room that has that rule very disappointed because it was enjoyable until I had my machine turned down imagine being at the races and being told to keep your voice down after winning smh

Okay so were given bread rolls with butter with no cutlery, the rolls were rock hard, also we ordered chicken wings they were disgusting the sauce was so awful we still had no napkins and cutlery, we ordered 2 steaks 1 was medium with 2 eggs and come out well done my partner never complains ever he and he said it was thw worst eggs of his life, the steak was over cooked and dry as, my steak was meant to be medium rare and come the same fully cooked threw and dry as hell... 100% was a waste of money and would not go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Sarah is one of the best bartenders I have ever had the pleasure of being serviced by. She is always friendly and very welcoming. She always has the best attitude and is very welcoming to new and existing patrons.

Elizabeth tavern is clean and modern. I have to say the pad Thai was not to my taste, the burger was OK but it was disappointing to be served a microwaved garlic bread. Of the venues that are part of the ALH group it wasn't the best in regards to the food. On the flip side the staff were friendly and helpful. Meals and drinks were served in good time.

The place has come a long way over the years, had the pork belly before Christmas and it was actually an incredible dish!
I ordered the burger but unfortunately they were having some troubles that night with staff.. but the service was lovely and they were kind and honest about it all

First lets start with the menu not too big but not too small it allows for vegans, vegetarians and people who are gluten intolerant, children's menu is good too good range for fussy eaters. I had the Burger was cooked perfectly and chips were excellent as well a chef that definitely know what their doing. Service was amazing and staff were busy but able to help me with any questions i had. Definitely recommend for families or just a catch up with friends. Cant wait to come back !!!!!

Having allergies and other needs , Chef was accommodating and very mindful. My and my guest's meal arrived quite quickly.
Despite being obviously very busy , Chef came out to ensure my meal was ok.
Food was appetizing, fresh and tasty.
Waiting and bar staff were polite and efficient and we're happy to recommend items from the menu.
Kudos to all the staff on such a busy night, will recommend to family , friends and colleagues

Definitely happy with the customer service and the food was fantastic!! Chicken schnitzel was very fresh and the kids finally got to eat salt and pepper squid without choking theirs was perfect and not rubbery. Staff here are amazing.
Recently my family were affected by floods and unable to stay in our house.
Elizabeth Tavern looked after us extremely well and made every accommodation they could for my family. Very much appreciated.

Gotta say it's not a bad place, we play pool comp there and have gotten to know some of the staff. Must give a BIG shout out to Sarah she is a lovely girl with the pink hair. Honestly every week we see her there and is always working hard and running around on her own. She's always in a happy mood and actually takes the time to say hello and have a laugh. Also a BIG shout out to Jo the manager there another lovely lady.

Good venue for watching sport. If you are after a feed get there before 8pm.
Very open, newly refurbished comfortable place to knock back a few frothies, play some eight ball and enjoy the company of some of the veggie patches finest

Had lunch here today. I ordered the 250g rump rare, my son ordered the BBQ beef and bacon burger.
So initially the burger that came out had things to suggest it was the incorrect burger- the hostess quickly arranged a new and correct burger. My steak came closer to medium than rare, the hostess had the manager come talk to me about it. She gave me options, I chose to eat the meal delivered as my son had his new meal.
Both meals were enjoyable and my son said the burger was a good burger. Chips were good. Loved the slaw that came with my steak.
The manager came at the end of the meal and refunded my meal cost.
Both the hostess and the manager were approachable and open.
We will definitely be back again.

Atmosphere is generally nice. Food is nice enough, general tavern fare. They have ordering available from the table with qr code or tapping phone on token (that's glued to the table). Very handy if you're in a larger group or not able to wait in line.

I love Jenna. She's a very happy going lady. Always enjoy her company and Joel is a top bloke.

We went there for a lunch time meal, it wasn't too expensive and the meals where quite large in the amount you get. Very tasty . The meals are still fantastic and staff the friendliest.

The Reno looked amazing. The food was so delicious and hot when served. The staff were very friendly.

Great renovation. Good meals. Staff were nice. Sports Bar had fantastic television screens to watch the sport.

You get a whole wide range of crowd here which can be good. There's always new people to meet but also the old friend on occasion if you're a local. I love the new renovations it's very modernised and is set up much nicer. Happy hour while the footy is on is always good for a $5 beer. I haven't eaten much there but the chicken parmi was average. I just love the environment here. And I know if I have problems the staff are there for me. You got the take away drive through alcohol shop right behind it too so that's convenient. My mates and I used to sit at the Louisiana but started coming here after they closed. All good things.

My experience hasn't been too good at this place, some others may have better experience. Vibes a bit gutter for me, not saying the place is like that, the few times I've been there that's been the patrons.

Great food need more vegitarian and vegan on the menu. It would also be a good idea getting almond milk or soy also. Your staff are excellent.

Went in for a weekend Seafood Special and ordered the seafood baskets. Fish was perfectly cooked, moist fish with crispy batter. Salt and pepper squid was cooked and flavoured brilliantly and the meals were delivered way quicker than expected. Will recommend and visit again.

Food was great and well priced n beer was the cloudiest coopers pale I've ever had
