Just spent 10 days in the hotel on a business trip and it was a great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great and the neighborhood amenities are easily accessible. The rooms have been modernized and they are clean and quiet. You will have a great rest at night.

My wife and I had lunch there for the first time last weekend my wife got the stake which didn't look anything like the photo at all. It looks like it was just slapped on the hot plate and then slapped onto the plate, and there was still raw fat on the side of the steak and my wife did not enjoy her meal.
Sorry just not good enough. first and last time for us. PS The staff were very nice and friendly.

Very disappointed not been there before so rang up and confirmed the time the meals start only then to arrive by 5pm then told meals not until 5,30pm. Secondly given two food menus both different so needed to sort why this was. Thirdly while trying to order a meal the bar staff would just leave and serve others before returning only to do the same thing again. Fourthly and most importantly went down to have the advertised Thursday meal only to be charged more after raising this with the staff member got no where. Very poor overall experience I doubt I will be back.

We went and had lunch there today and lunch special is spot on and the Cheeseburger was out of this world. I've never really had one before well not like that anyway. I've only ever had the ones from MacDonald's and they aren't crash hot but yours my tastes buds just danced and totally enjoyed every mouthful. Your Garlic Bread and Chips were fantastic as well.

Looks great after the renovations. The staff were really lovely, but could have been a bit better in regards to housekeeping. Room had everything we needed and made for a comfortable stay. There was always a car park free which was great. Room service was very good.
