The food, atmosphere and especially Service have improved to 100%. My mother was at the Gaming machines for a short time got a bit lost. Didn't have her phone. The Manager was good enough to search fb and found my daughter. We had a beautiful meal, poe and beer, bangers and mash. I had the sizzling plate of prawns. Definitely worth a review for anyone who wasn't aware the place has been revamped. Head chef is brilliant cook!! Price very reasonable too.

Good food, good prices, helpful and welcoming staff. Not crowded on a Wednesday lunchtime.

Steak was good. Spaghetti was good. The salad had cabbage and no onion other than that everything was great. Not too badly priced. Great atmosphere and friendly staff

Food is decent, with large portions. Bistro is more comfortable (sports bar side isn't properly air conditioned) but fills up, so reservations are recommended at least on Fri/Sat evenings. Nothing amazing, but reliable good pub food.

Arrived at this location with my father . Emily greeted both of us with a smile and showed us to a table. Dad, Tom who is predictable ordered the Roast. l ordered the Gnocchi Pesto. Both meals arrived hot and well presented(we both dived in and then l thought of the picture). l would recommend both to any other diner attending. We both enjoyed the meals and refreshments served . We will be back

I booked a table for 2 Thursday afternoon for Friday night, on arrival at the pub I was told there was no table reserved in my name. Was a little angry in that, a table was found for us in a draughty area, which also was disappointing But the meal was nice and the staff were friendly at times

We love coming here with family and friends. The food is really good quality and portion sizes are very large. It's a little expensive but good for a treat. Plenty of friendly staff. When it's very busy you may wait quite some time but it's to be expected, it's also very loud when peak times; if you have a loved one with sensory/auditory issues I wouldn't recommend coming here due to the sound, lighting and colours as it can be overwhelming. Wheelchair accessible, but notify staff if you've got a wheelchair as it's easier for them to seat wheelchairs to front of bistro so you don't have to weave in/out of the other tables.

We ate ate the Diamond Creek Hotel for the first time last night after having lived in the area of 18 years. I wish we had have tried it sooner as we were thoroughly impressed with the friendly service and the quality of food. Our order came out quickly and everyone in our group was happy with their meals. My steak was cooked to perfection.
The playroom is great for kids.
We will be back!

Food was good, service lovely but the bistro area was very noisy with barefoot kids running around screaming and running into people. I imagine that this is what having dinner at McDonald's feels like. If we come back again we won't be looking at sitting in the bistro area. Not a pleasant experience unfortunately.

We had a fabulous family birthday dinner Saturday night. I had the best ever Beef cheek ragu. My husband had the barra and commented how good that was too. All the meals were delicious! Highly recommend this place. We can't wait to go back.. although it was incredibly busy

Shocking meal of chicken schnitzel.
Salad limp and lettuce dirty.
Asked if the schnitzel was 'real chicken' and assured it definitely was. Not the processed heart shaped one, I was told.
Well it was the processed one. Barely edible. Won't go back.
Best thing was the Coke I drank.

I actually really enjoy this pub. The meals are great tasting and generous. There is a play area for the kids and staff are friendly. I really like the drive through bottle shop attached to the pub too. Very nice staff and good prices 😌

Finally we got to give the local a try. We had a midweek bistro meal and so glad we did. The staff were all very lovely, the entree came out and I was so impressed. The timing between entrees and main was perfect. The mains were well presented and generous. You really get what you pay for. We certainly went home with full bellies and a happy smile. Definitely will be back that's for sure. ??'?

Great pub with a warm atmosphere. Great for a drink with friendly attentive staff at the helm. I had the pleasure of having the jambalaya, $33 was a little steep but produce (prawns, calamari sausage) was excellent. The rice was a little underdone for my taste but would order again in a heartbeat. Fellow patrons added to the pleasant ambiance.

Dropped in on Sunday night after a drive and was met by a friendly staff member who found us a good table. Ordered our meals and it was all good with helpful staff at the counter. The food came out in pretty good time for a fairly busy night.
The food was well priced and a good serving size, it tasted really good too.
With all that going for it the staff friendliness and their engagement in not just us but all their customers was exceptional.
Overall it was a great experience for a last minute Sunday night pub meal
I'd recommend it and we'll be back.

Good points: good parking and disability friendly & good mains overall.
Reasonably priced drinks and very good coffee.
Needs Improvement:
Wooden chairs very uncomfortable and hard
One entree didn't arrive at all
Waitress attitude left a lot to be desired
Stone cold pumpkin on salad
Paid $6 extra for a salad (no chips) with burger: got a few limp lettuce leaves, I slice tomato & 2 cucumber no dressing
Needless to say general consensus was we will not be returning.

It had been a while since I had visited the Diamond Creek Pub. I am super impressed with the renovations. Food selection is varied. Decent sized chicken Parma and really tasty wagu cheese and bacon burger.

Good Local Establishment With A Basic But Good Quality Menu. Beer Is Good And Cold.

A relaxing venue to gather with friends over a drink & meal. The food overall is good - but a little more expensive than normal pub prices.

That short haired, female security guard has got some serious issues. Never seen a more disrespectful person working at a pub in my life. Will not visit this place again.

So the food was great. The bouncer however needs to check herself. We were seated, unbeknownst to us, in the smoking area. Halfway through our meals (which were served to us by their wait staff) the bouncer comes over saying we can't eat here and told us to move tables! When we say no, we are in the middle of eating, she then had the wait staff come and try to take our plates off us!!! Amazingly poor attitude that was completely unnecessary. The bouncer then proceed to give us dark and mean glares for the remainder of our stay. The management may wish to consider the level of authority she seemed to have. It made what should've been an easy Sunday afternoon unnecessarily unpleasant.

Staff and venue really nice but my meal was not worthy of the $29 I paid for it. Ordered roast of the day with mash and seasonal vegetables. Roast pork was tiny bits of meat reheated in gravy. Bland and tasted like reheated food. Mash was dry and seasonal vegetables were carrots, zucchini and capsicum. Definitely not vegges you get with a roast. To top it off no crackling and had to ask for apple sauce. Very disappointed. Will not be visiting again

Big shout-out to the hotel and staff (especially Hayley and Amy) who made all the Mum's feel so special for Mother's Day. Fabulous local pub. Always great food in a warm, friendly, country feel atmosphere.

Nice place, had a really good lunch an d a couple of beers. Well worth dropping in.

Premises very good. Cocktails great. Service great. Gluten free meal of steak and chips not good as it was steak and 3/4 plate of salad and cooked veges. Presented without conversation or deduction in price.

Queue up to get food. Queue up to get drinks. No staff on upstairs deck to take orders in evening? Go for a walk downstairs and get it yourself. Want me to pour my beer and cook my food too? Fish n Chips was good. Service management disappointing. Feels like a canteen when it should impress. Has potential.
