We had carvery lunch here today and to get 3 courses for $21.95 is a phenomenal value! The portions were generous for each course and the club really needs to be commended on their fantastic staff. Everyone we encountered were friendly and although busy were very efficient and easy to approach.

What a great space... staff are just awesome nothings to difficult. Lots function rooms foods amazing and the bowling club is fantastic BBQ bar and office function rooms great setup. I am impressed. Called Bingo today enjoyed the members. I met amazing people today. Thank you for the experience

Modern spacious Club with plenty of parking front n back. Huge dining room offering generously priced seniors meals big portions full priced fare. Staff very efficient n super friendly. For a Club couldn't fault it on 1st visit.

We had a Halloween party on Function Room 1 for 40 people and it was lovely. The setup of the room, the food was amazing and the service was great too. Josh and Cragi took care of our booking and it was all great, very helpful with everything. Good recommendations on the food. Would recommend with them without a doubt!

Delicious fresh meals and friendly service. Lovely space and easy parking. A must for the kids as it has a play area.

Amazing venue, generally friendly staff except for one or two cranky pants. Highly recommend as it's a great place to eat great food, take the kids, sit in the courtyard or hire as a function venue. Has pokies, big screen TVs in the courtyard to watch the footy or cricket. Also multiple bowling greens if you're a keen lawn bowler or looking to learn.

Waited for a table for almost 10 minutes, 3 staff in drinks bar just looking at us, bistro staff walked past twice.
Food was quick to come out but very average. Trolleys taking food out, needs to go. Counted 8 dirty tables with uncleared food.

Great venue and lovely staff. The food is letting them down at the moment. Very lack lustre

Dry food.. lamb shanks were good.. tried my mates parma it was dry. Tried my other mates pasta it was dry..

On top of that we were still eating when they removed the plates, holding onto the plate while the misses was eating and asking if you are finished.
Misses said 'yes' cause you grabbed my plate

The restaurant Was clean and had a good atmosphere. our server, Kiara was quick and polite and should really be praised for it. The serving size of the food was decent and the quality was really good, also made really fast, would recommend to friends

The food was great, serving size was a bit small but was a reasonable price. Our server Kiara was extremely friendly, fast and polite, definitely deserves to be commended. Will be back

**Deaf friendly venue**
I went here with a large group of Deaf Auslan users, and was really impressed by the staff. They accommodated us as best they could, attempting communication in a variety of ways, even using the sign for thank you at the end of each interaction. Staff put in a lot of effort, it made me very happy to see this!
Food was good, reasonable timing, drinks were good- everything fairly priced IMO.

Manager was rude and unprofessional. She didn't know how to communicate to our group politely and in a nice manner that we weren't to be eating outside food. We had a small box of croissants. Throughout the 4 hour period we were there, we bought food and drinks.
I witnessed her being sarcastic to one person in the group. This caused tempers to flair! If their is one thing I have learnt with working in hospitality, the 'manager' needs to be calm and collected and in control at all times. I went to try and talk to the manager to ask why she was so angry, she began to yell at me.
The security person who ushered us out, was calm and collected unlike the manager. I was served by 2 fantastic bar staff that had great customer service during my time at the Deer Park Club.
The manager definitely needs re training as this incident could have been avoided.

I couldn't believe I drove past this place for over 20 years and didn't have a clue that it is pretty much the best thing around for miles, excellent meals, all served at the same time, 7 of us. Awesome place for a punt aswell, highly recommend, I'll be sure to go back

I absolutely love this place. We always come on Wednesdays for parma night. I love the Mexican parma. Food doesn't take to come and tastes great. They have a mini arcade upstairs the the claw machines never work, they just steal your coins and do not work. If that happens, make sure you let them know so you can get the money back.

Food was really disappointing. Ordered garlic and chilli muscles which turned out to be frozen and really fishy with super sweet sauce straight from a can and had no garlic or chilli. Pulled lamb pizza base tasted frozen and the lamb tasted like plastic. The only thing they got right was the water. Way to expensive for the type of food they put out, wouldn't recommend, Very disappointing!

I've been/seen 40th 60th 21st baby showers wedding/engagement party's here. Been here since the old wooden bar lol🫶🏼 just book it!

Tonight, we've had the worst experience at in your bistro. Food took more than 30 mins to arrive at the table and it was cold! Kids meal could have come out first but instead the adult meal was served first. I could understand being a Friday night and restaurant quite busy however During our meal staff kept harassing us by kept asking if they could take our plate while we are still picking at our food. Several time by many different staff members we were asked. Once we finally finished our meal most plate was clean out. I have just taken a last sip and as soon as I put the glass on the table one of staff member took my glass without asking if I was finish? I turn around and asked what I am supported to drink my soft drink which left half a jug on the table. She replies as go get a new one! With a very rude tone! She seems to be very rushed and annoyed
I asked if I possibly get a new one to replace once she taken from me? She rudely walked away and told me to get a new one from the bar.
Please explain to me that this is how you are treating your customer?
Table next to us was never asked and no one doesn't even take away their empty glass. While at the same time we are asked several times
We felt that we are targeted, rush, and harassed. And I must say this is not the first time that has happened. I thought I would support local business, but after my recent experience with tonight this would probably be the last time. Very disappointed.

I hadn't been there for 40 years and what a surprise at the difference. What fantastic facilities. Meals were great and not over priced. Huge function rooms. I will be back again shortly to check the whole place out

Not a good experience whatsoever. Had to wait 10mins for a jug of coke to be changed over coz they ran out of syrup. They can't make a lemon lime bitters to save themselves. We had the sichuan calamari and garlic bread as entrees. We asked for it to come out before our mains. It all literally came out at the same time as the mains. The calamari was bland. The parmas we ordered were so overcooked, struggled to even cut through it with the butter knifes they supply. The ham only covered half the Parma and barely any Napoli sauce.Right up there with the worst parmas I've ever had. Oh, and toilets were disgusting. Go elsewhere!

Nice food quick friendly service. Staff always smiling and happy to help in any way. New spring menu looks good with some new things on the specials board.
Can't go past the bruschetta though always a favourite of mine!

Not the best food and not the best service. Very very average! The owners need to hire better cooks for the kitchen and to train to their waiting staff a lot beter also.

Booked a table at 5.15pm Sunday night. My husband ordered our meals and my vegetarian meal came with no sauces and noodles that were stuck together...waited another 45 minutes and asked numerous times when my meal would arrive with zero response from staff. Eventually asked for a refund and left disgusted. I will never go back. Appalling service and staff had no idea what they were doing. Terrible

Big place, booking required. Still plenty of places to eat when the meals area is booked out. Food is good and comes out quick, can't go wrong with a Parma. Great place to watch footy. Love the Espresso Martini's

Deer Park Club is a large venue with big Car park, makes it easy to find a park.
. The gaming room has a large variety of Machines from the old classics to the latest games.
All the Staff are very friendly and probably best of all , it stays open till 8am which is very enticing. 🙂

Very nice meal. Good size. Staff cleaning and clearing tables had no idea though. And some were extremely rude. Staff talking food and drinks orders were very helpful.

Great family venue, meals are nice and food comes out quickly for hungry kiddies. Nice play area and free old school tabletop games for the children to play. The claw machine upstairs is rigged.. Dont waste your money

The food was good and there is lots to keep the kids amused - face painting, balloon character making and a magic show. I highly recommend this place.

Staff are friendly, food rather average even for a pub/bistroKids playground is two levels with TV to see upper level for parents. It is showing its age and could do with new equipment but still the kids love it and parents can eat a hot meal in peace

Good portion sizes. Food passable but probably needs more flavour. Sticky date pudding a bit ordinary.

I couldn't wait to get my porterhouse steak from the Deer Park club. Good food, descent prices and good service. Great for the kids to run wild upstairs with face painting, games etc. whilst you can enjoy the chilled and layed back atmosphere.
