We went to the Crossroads to celebrate end of work season. Never been there before but we were all very pleasantly surprised. Food was sooo good!!! And the service very nice and friendly! We had around 30 people there and service was fast and food came out hot.

We went back there the next day to have dinner and tried some other stuff as well. Indian food was absolutely gorgeous, delicious mango lassi, nice and creamy butter chicken and crispy naan bread. And the guys working there are so friendly! Had a nice chat with them and they are all very passionate about their work.

Narrabri was definitely missing a good indian restaurant and happy to see there is one now.

Stayed one night for work then stayed elsewhere for the rest of the trip.

Check in was uneventful, but finding the room was interesting. The place is like a maze & the description of how to get to the room is vague. Once we found our rooms & got ready for dinner we headed to the bistro, only to find that they were having an Indian night & no other food would be available. We opted to find somewhere else to eat as I was craving a proper pub meal but I do hear from locals that the Indian food is excellent if that is what you are in the mood for.

We returned from dinner pretty late & went to our separate rooms to sleep...one thin bedspread on the bed (July in Narrabri gets cold) & the AC unit is in a separate room from the bed. Not an issue so much for me as I am a pretty hot sleeper (did still get a little chilly but nothing too extreme), but my coworker spent the night shivering in his room as there were no additional blankets to be found anywhere. Other than not enough blankets, the bed & pillows in my room were very comfortable. The bathroom bin did still have someone else's rubbish in it (used dental floss on the floor next to the bin & the wrappers from toiletries in the bin) so I do wonder what level of clean the rooms have between guests.

In the morning, I was up at 0530 to get ready only to find that there was NO HOT WATER for a shower, so I enjoyed my cold shower & packed my stuff as I was not staying another night. My coworker also experienced a bracing cold shower & had the same thought as me as he appeared at the car with all his luggage packed up as well. We left the keys in the after hours box & let them know we would not be back by email.

It wouldn't take much to take this to a five star review - have extra blankets in the rooms & do a more thorough clean of the rooms, including the bathrooms, & I would be happy to leave a five star review.

One of the most uncomfortable places I've ever stayed I had to use a blanket as a pillow and the whole place was dirty ,floors not vacuumed, couch filthy. Not worth the money at all, only good thing was how nice the staff are

New Indian restaurant is fantastic. I've eaten at quite a few Indian restaurants and this is one of the best. The restaurant used to be quite ho-hum ordinary. The new owners have really lifted their game. We now eat there regularly.

Boring. Don't waste your time. Big foot carving was cool and the old safe turned into a table in the beer garden was good. Other than that, there's better places in town to spend your hard earned.

I have been visiting here for 10 years for meals on and off and it's now the worst I've seen it. Very lazy meals that aren't worth the cost. For example, a really nice sounding parma with bacon and sausage has that cheap bacon pieces that comes in packs and the Sausage is cheap chewy deli nonsense. It's lazy food that's cheap to make and not like it used to be.

The rooms are standard pub rooms, cheap, not the cleanest and wouldn't recommend for a decent stay.

It was fine for a 1 night stay, but unfortunately we did not get very nice service. There was lots of things that needed fixing, and cleaning. We found random holes in the wall, walls were very dirty and hadnt been cleaned. The bathroom door did not align and could not be closed or locked. Same with the door in one of the bedrooms. Bathroom had a nice big shower head, but was not very practical as it was missing a shelf and towel rack, both were broken.

I have stayed here a few times now for work. The location suits me as only 500m away from where I have to go. Great value for money 1br apartment. Would be good if it had a washer/dryer.

The food at the hotel has always been good and reasonably priced.

A beautiful facility but it is not being used to its potential. Outdoor area has an unused big screen and fireplaces. There is also a bowling alley you can rent for $60 an hour which is also used to store their empty beer kegs and unused mattresses. Food is ok but there's better to be found in town.

Location excellent but was like a ghost town when looking for someone. Not enough bed sheets so we had to ring about that, found a rusted nail in the sofa bed. Floor not very clean, nor was the crookery, bathroom not very clean. Only had 1 key which was a problem when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Overpriced as well.

Very grateful for the 24h reception as I arrived in Narrabri quite late. Room and hotel were modern compared to other accomodation in the town, although the bathroom door was difficult to move

Stop here on our way thru for lunch. The staff were lovely and friendly. Steaks were excellent and meals very well presented.

Amazing value for a very comfortable (2BR) three bed room. Nicely decorated and super friendly staff. Pity the restaurant wasn't doing their curries the evening we were there, the regular menu isn't that great unfortunately.

Room had a strong smell and was very moist. Cutlery were greasy and dirty. Aircon was working ok. Don't stay here if you can find another place.

Although the staff were pleasant and helpful l have a few suggestions for improvement of the family unit. There was no shelf in the shower and no rails or hooks for towels. The sliding bathroom door did not close all the way and one spare toilet roll was not enough for four people. The mattresses were extremely hard.
On a positive note the restaurant was efficient and the meal was great.
I realise the management is new and trying their best and expect that these inconveniences will be seen to in the near future.

Well I wouldn't exactly call it an executive apartment. Comfortable enough but small and missing finishing touches. Like broken lamp in TV room. Remote needed new batteries. Asked for 2 extra pillows and only got one. The balcony out side our room was a mess with lounge chairs and cushions that you wouldn't sit on. Full cigarette ashtray that looked had been there for months. The food well it was pub food.

I don't normally leave negative reviews - I try and always deal with the issue direct and give the business the benefit of the doubt. However, I have sent 4 emails and made 3 calls to try and resolve and have been ignored. Wanted to stay here, called ahead and was assured there was space for our 4WD and trailer - so booked in and paid. Arrived to find there wasn't space to park the trailer at all and had to drive on. Seeking a refund or part refund, but have had to give up as they simply wont return calls or emails.

I booked to stay here for five nights. The hotel rating was 4 star but the room i was given was more like 1 star. The shower door was broken, the bathroom floor flooded every time I had a shower. The vanity was rotten and the door was hanging off. There was a hole in the wall, there were no towel rails to hang your towels. After complaining about the room to the owners for 3 days I was finally moved to another room that was only slightly better.

After booking a room months before and another night booked for our return from Gold Coast I was told quite rudely there was no booking. I must have booked somewhere else. We have had same booking here for the last four years no trouble. Obviously new owners who just didn't care and scrubbed our booking leaving us with nothing. Won't bother ever again

What a find! Accidentally had to stay in Narrabri, was not expecting too much on the accomodation side. Very impressed, would definitely stay again, parking, great seating areas, a quiet chat or a crowd, beer garden, excellent food, did I mention something about bowling..... and everyone was eager to assist. Parking and handy to shops.
I was reminded of what good customer service is like, thank you Crossroads

We like to book directly with the accommodation if we can, sometimes they give a better price.
Due to getting caught in roadworks, we arrived late into
Narrabri and hadn't booked anything.
On Booking.com it showed the Crossroads had a room available for $130, so we rang to book with them directly only to be told they had 1 room available at $190
Big difference
We found a room elsewhere for $120.
We won't be trying to book in the Crossroads next time.
Give it a miss.

Finished work in the area and checked in late after 9. Hotel staff / management were really accommodating; making sure we were served a hot dinner that late in the night. Staff offered us a combination of beers to end the day with. The manager guided us to our room personally while we hauled our work gear, great hospitality. Accommodation itself was also great, Aircon unit in each room, modern furnishings and bathroom. Shower with great head pressure. Affordable rates too, would stay again!

Love the Crossroads Motel. Booked and checked in last night - stress free and lovely new + clean room with high ceilings (room 5). Will defo stay again when passing through Narrabri. Pub was closed but The Tourist is a great pub next door for dinner and stylish cocktail.

Recently did an overnighter here with the family. Unfortunately on the day we stayed the bar/restaurant wasn't open, however the owner gave us a few travelers which was great after a long drive. The rooms were clean and tidy. Bathroom is a little small when trying to shower the toddler and baby, but for an adult its fine. Its got parking which was handy and in the morning we were able to quickly nip the shops and get supplies for the drive and breakfast with everything being so close. All in all a pleasant experience.

Great price for a brilliant room. Clean. Friendly check-in. Pub downstairs is takeaway only due to covid, but others in the street were still open.

On a recent trip we stayed in the executive room on the way to Brisbane and the family room on the way back. It was a great place to break up the trip. Woolworths was in the next block, so we were able to check in then walk over to get food.

Salmon was delicious and Bob enjoyed his T-Bone, both well cooked. An extensive menu with something for everyone.

Great location, rooms are really good for the price. Friendly staff. Loved the fact it had its own bowling alley and arcade.

Room was nice decor but major cockroache problem. I killed 7 and had one crawl over me at night. Loud noises from bar downstairs, pub fights and not a great place to stay for an overnight stay.

Chicken palmy made from with a chicken breast and bacon. Very nice for $21. The hotel room are neat. I'd visit the place again. Off street parking is very limited.

Great hotel with apartment suits in the city of Narrabri. Easy access to Super markets. Suites are spacious and clean. Parking available. Staff is absolutely humble. Prior to check in I was contacted by the hotel management to check if we wanted change our mind about the stay as there's going to be a band performance in their bar and sound might interrupt our sleep. In response to that we joined their musical event. Only glitch was WiFi as you don't get much WiFi signals to the rooms. Hope hotel management will address that soon.
