Absolutely incredible experience! Came up for a week with my friends and came across this pub, amazing customer service and the best food! Greeted kindly and served with love, can't wait to come back and will be telling friends and family !!

I had a fantastic experience at Coolum Beach hotel. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
A special mention goes to Kelly, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable.
We would highly recommend Coolum Beach hotel to anyone visiting the area. Great service, great atmosphere, and a team that really goes above and beyond!

We visited yesterday and had such a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Camila, who looked after us so well. She was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and attentive, and her positive attitude made our visit even more enjoyable!!

Worst food on the sunny coast! Ordered 2 x chicken burgers for origin night and the came out so over cooked you could of used them as retaining wall rocks, worst part was we paid $54 for 2 burgers! This is not the first time we have received shit food as locals at the CBH, as an ALH pub you should strive to do better just not focusing on crowds and drinks, we will now only drink at the pub never again food as we have been let down too many times!

Visited the hotel on Good Friday and was unsure about the rules so had everything explained by \'Dean\'. Ordered food and then drinks at a very busy bar. Staff were efficient and friendly. Really surprised by how quickly the food came out given how busy they were. All of our table were very happy. Overall, a very positive experience and will definitely be back. Thanks Coolum Beach hotel staff.
