For a busy bistro it's still quite enjoyable for 2 adults for dinner. Beautiful views, food always been constant ad generous. Cocktails standard.

We went here Friday night. 2 senior meals & 2 full meals with 4 drinks $90. Great night, great food & the service was perfect. Busy night yet our meals came out very quick. We got served by Bianca & she was very friendly, helpful & full of smiles. Will be back again.

Amazing food and customer service. Great atmosphere. Perfect for dining with your family. Love their prawns pasta and pork ribs.

I had the Bombay curry which was ok but nothing special, could have been spicier.
Finished with an almond latte however it was sweetened (why do they only have sweetened and not tell you this as you order????) I wouldn't have ordered if I had known. All coffees should be with UNSWEETENED milk.

I ordered the tiger prawn pasta and I felt it was quite average. There wasn't much flavour within the pasta. The service was excellent but for the price I wouldn't buy the pasta again.

Best beer battered fish and chips. Great modern atmosphere. Friendly welcome by reception staff.
Roche our table attendant was a standout. Charming, friendly and extremely efficient and attentive.
Looking forward to revisiting.

The experience here is always nice, the staff are just lovely. The food is always quite nice and fresh, pub style but nice specials. Just one small thing, the meal my son got was quite spicy and it wasn't mentioned in the menu it was spicy, no biggie to us; for others though that may be a bit disappointing. No hard feelings about it and we will be back.

I had lunch with family today at the Club Officer where the service given to us by Elana was outstanding. The food was lovely and we enjoyed our time there. Will certainly be back.

Good selection of food. If eating in the sports bar the meals came out quickly which was a big bonus.
Will definitely be going back!

The food was amazing and was quite quick to come as well. The idea of table service is great but you need some staff that will come around asking if people want drinks. Couldn't get anyone's attention, went to the bar and they said I couldn't order and they'd send someone over. 10 minutes later I ordered and 10 minutes later I got my beer, by then I was finished my meal and my family was ready to leave.

Warm welcome, fast to take order and speedy delivery of drinks. The food came quickly and it was hot and fresh. Staff are friendly and there's disabled parking and kids playground. They have the slots, a fireplace and outdoor area. The scenery in the day time is quite nice. Well done!

Service was good. We had drinks first. The meals came out 35 minutes later . The only two things too improved is it would be nice to have a drink order when the meals came out and the seats are hard sitting on them.

A very enjoyable evening which wasn't planned, but after making a trip to Koo Wee Rup and back via the road works, it was decided to stop in for a meal and very glad we did. A very Friendly, Modern, Clean, Well Staffed with friendly pro-active (but not over the top) Staff who make you feel like a Member even though you are a first time visitor. Great way to increase Membership.

Great service, excellent meals for lunch today. I had the roast lamb & my friend had crispy skinned barramundi. Both beautifully cooked. Peaceful atmosphere with lovely view over the lake.

I had the Lemon herb Chicken, it was one of the best meals I have ever had and we didn't have to wait long for our meals.

Beautiful place. Came with friends and wasn't hungry so I tried to order from the kids menu. I explicitly checked and explained to the server that nowhere on the menu did it say there was a 12 yo menu. Ended up having to spend another $20 O hadn't planned to spend

Being a chef,Don't go out very often so tonight we came to the club have dinner for our anniversary at table 1, Took lamb shank,was very dry and microwaved,my wife got a scotch half medium,half medium well and it was ordered medium,ive had my shank sent back and ask for the steak instead ,not even ask which steak ,what doneness,what sauce ,and walked off,i had to yell medium rare scotch fillet,not even came once to ask of we were ok ,clearing the table was last of her worries,whereas the table behind us was being looked after ,we could hear it.

Thankfully Helen at the front was very amazing and make the night heaps better.

Dropped in with my hubby on our way to Trafalgar to have lunch. Morgan our waitress was very helpful tho no booking. Food was served very fast and as expected. Place is clean and pleasant, she put us by the window overlooking the lake. Price is reasonable too! Club Officer is just off Cardinia exit to your left from the freeway (outbound).

Club Officer has plenty of space for booking large family events. They even have an enclosed playground for children.

The staff are all really friendly.
Now getting to the most important part - the food.

They have a decent variety of mains and sides to choose from. I have tried something different each time that I have dined in. Overall, the taste of the food is fine. Or to put in in numbers: 7/10 in terms of taste.

That being said, none of the meals have been bad and most importantly - they have always been very generous serving sizes.

If you are looking for a place with a decent range of decent tasting food to satisfy yourself and a group - Club Officer is a safe choice.

I have been here several times with family and I have not been disappointed yet.

Food was excellent, probably needed to come round to the table to ask for drinks a bit more often.
However, we did decline the first time, so potentially could be our fault too.

Welcoming atmosphere, solid service, large portions and relatively quick cooking times. Chicken was a bit dry and could have done with extra sauce rather than only a drizzle, but everything else tasted great and was otherwise an enjoyable evening.

I don't usually write bad reviews but I feel I need to in this instance... A group of 14 of us went here for my father's 80th birthday and I was served Raw chicken! Although the manager was apologetic, nothing excuses being served a meal that could potentially cause a severe illness. No explanation or apology from the chef either. Not good enough!
We definitely won't be back.

Family of 7 went for dinner on a Sunday night. So disappointed, definitely wont be back, took 1.5 hours to receive our meals. Food was dry over cooked and over priced. You have too much surrounding competition to serve such mediocre food and offer such bad service. Ill vote with my feet and purse, you wont see me back at your establishment.

It has been a long time since I was last here. Had I given a review then, it would have been, maybe a 2 star review, after a recent visit, the improvement has been out of this world. The food was delicious, plate full and very attentive staff. Great work.

Food was very ordinary, not a lot to choose from. Me being coeliac I was very disappointed. But the waitress that looked after myself & hubby her name was Emily absolutely beautiful young lady very polite and a bubbly personality. She will go a long way in life with such a lovely personality.

We came here for a mates birthday. $10 cocktails can't complain at all :) our waitress was amazing for a table of 6 fussy people lol and great atmosphere. We really enjoyed our food. It was a great night
