The gym itself is really good, it has all the equipment you need. However there's a massive red flag in that it smells like a cigarette ashtray. People smoke behind the gym and it gets sucked into the AC system. It's so bad I could notice it at every corner of the gym. I really hope this is addressed, it would be a 5 star gym otherwise.

Busy after work, but a well-equipped gym for a relatively small club lime.

Good gym. Should install a heavy bag and some other boxing equipment, it would be really beneficial

The issue had been addressed in a timely manner (within a day). This gym is highly recommended.

The gym itself in terms of equipment, training facility, and neatness/cleanliness is acceptable. However, the user panel (Club Lime Website) is poorly designed. I am currently having an issue with a suspension period;
1) The amount is being deducted from my bank account:
2) At the same time I am not allowed inside the gym.
I wasted "3" training sessions trying to solve the issue with staff, yet all that happened was they credited a fortnight payment into my Club Lime account.

Not happy with service at all. One of their staff said to me if customer wants to discontinue the service they must give us 28 days notice prior to cancel the membership but the time when I gave them the notice they refused to refund my money. The front staff misguided me. I lost $120 and I only attended gym one day that's all. I contacted to their head office as well but no one responded back to me. Dishonest staff and they don't actually value the customer. It happens with two of my other friends as well. I would never ever recommend this gym to anyone.

Well lit & well spaced equipment in good condition with everything needed. Not too busy

Very nice and modern commercial gym, can be a bit messy at times and there isn't a great culture of members making an effort of keeping the gym organised and clean like there is at other club limes. I like it and the only reason I do not come more often is the dearth of nearby, free parking.

Nice new gym with big floor space with decent amount of racks, bench space and equipment. Has big change rooms, lockers, and fitness Class area. Equipment all new and good quality, would recommend.

Decent, packed gym. Has most of the needed equipments. All the equipments look fresh and new too. Good atmosphere.
