There is a word to describe the dining experience at The Club Hotel - Average. That's being generous too.The only good point is they did listen to and respect food allergies. That was it.The floor was sticky, the carpet mucky, one register to take meal orders for a queue of 30 odd people. Food took an hour to arrive at the table with a sorry and no explanation. Not the waiters fault but clearly management needs to review their procedures and the layout of the bistro to provide a more seamless, hassle free experience for both patron and staff. Food finally did arrive and unfortunately it again was average. I wouldn't recommend this venue at all. Overpriced and just not worth it. Won't be back.
