A bustling rsl that has all the amenities. Getting busier now with recent cheap membership drives. Probably could do with an upgrade compared to facilities other clubs have upgraded to more recently. Food offering needs to expand with better quality options.

Very big parking and a lot of venues and this RSL has got swimming pool and gym and almost everything but the lift was not working unfortunately on a busy Friday
so sad but I enjoyed every moment.

Very nice RSL club in Castle Hill, all staff including the entrance and those who serve drinks at the machines are very friendly. The entrance is very grand like a hotel lobby. It was incredibly easy to register for membership to the club and enjoy discounts at the restaurants. Will be coming back in the future. The gaming room is also quite large and spacious with selected complimentary drinks.

It would be great if they could have an ATM that doesn't charge a fee.

Relaxed dining without the need to feel rushed out in the a la carte area. Offers a range of cuisines from Modern Australian, Italian, and Chinese. There is also a range of desserts and drinks.
The seating has indoor, outdoor and outdoor with undercover.
The club has an outdoor play area for the children.

Went to Lucy's and the Chinese restaurant with family yesterday, seafood combo was great deal, yummy! Floors and carpet super clean with light on, pretty nice to relax and have fun with families!

I visited Lucy's Neighbourhood Bar again. Fabulous staff. Pleasant atmosphere. I can always find my favourite cocktails as the experienced bartenders can always tailor-made the best cocktails for me. So professional. They won't disappoint you. :)

Lucy's neighbourhood bar has beautiful music and fabulous cocktail bartenders. It is a fantastic place to enjoy drinks and dancing with family and friends.

Location is good. But unfortunately staff were not friendly. Also the bar took so long to serve.
We asked for directions to the restaurant we booked and instructions from a couple of people who rudely answered as we were a burdon. We felt like that we were not welcome. Except for one old waitress, everyone else acted like they needed to be somewhere else rather than serving at the restaurant.

Food was not the highest standard either.

I love visiting Castle Hill RSL. It's my go-to place with my kids as there is play area, food area and so well developed.

First time having lunch here. Value for money and very busy. The food was great. We will be back

We come here unexpectedly, just for dinner.
Place was busy, but no problem with parking; food was good, big portions.
Staff was friendly and served dinner promptly.

Good venue for casual meetups, especially families with young kids. Parking is a pain, and the food quality of Courtyard Cafe doesn't reflect the prices. Our table ordered 7 Black Angus Rump Steaks, and 2 were sent back as they were charred beyond tasting anything but char (though ordered medium rare). Others started eating it but could taste the overpowering char, so 3 didn't finish it. Customer Service was good and replaced the steak with the Barramundi, which was nice. Disliked the place because the steaks spoilt our evening.

We went to RSL to have lunch, it is a nice place, nice staff, clean, great for kids, but the food was very disappointing! That's why I'm giving 2 stars!
The burger looked good, and I was excited, but it couldn't be more dry! The patty tasted like a fat only, vet bad taste!
And pork belly was not that crispy. Overall expensive for what you get I think. It's literally a fast food with a limited option and not good quality!

Always very polite staff and clean facilities. Bar staff go above and beyond.
We came for my small cousin's 12th birthday and the kids were entertained all night with the very impressive kids area and play equipment.
We were sat outside on a cool night but all took our jackets off as we were almost too warm with the extensive outdoor heating provided.

They used to have quite creative vegan options which I was looking forward to but these have since become the literal same menu as other clubs in the area (owned by the same company). In saying that, I am grateful to be catered for past chips and a salad, and the vegan Indian Curry was delicious. My mum had the vegan Pho which also looked nice (both pictured).
We didn't try the vegan Burger because we both hate beetroot.

Across the table, my cousin ordered a steak here as medium rare and it came out well done (and VERY charcoaled). He sent it back to get another which was a bit pinker on the inside but the outside was again, a blackened charcoaled mess. He was scared to send it back a second time so just dealt with it but made the comment that it was the literal worst steak he had ever experienced. I would suggest your team learns how to cook a steak properly (or at least the cooks that were on the 15th October night shift).

One of the best RSL clubs that I have been to,
Wide range of selections for both food and drink, reasonable prices, a big play ground for children and spacious lounges, courtyards and a great place for a friends and family gathering.
A great Gym with many equipmrnts, Spa, swimming pool, stream sauna.

really hoping mine was GF as they were very similar. So expensive for a very disappointing meal. And very little gluten free options for celiacs. Steak or protein? But salad not gf? My girls wouldn't eat the pizzas.

Plenty of options for table space indoor and out. Nice atmosphere, great food, good price.. mon/tues/wed kids eat free with some pretty good options for them (rigatoni ragu ??"?) WINNING!

Good customer service. High ceiling nice ambience. Easy ordering & payment system. Heaps parking spaces. Menu priced accordingly.

Disappointed with the old Asian lady at the cafe. Firstly went to the bar to ask for some hot water for drinking, was directed to ask the cafe. Went to the cafe as asked for hot water.... Was rudely told NO! Cannot provide hot water in a jug or even something bigger than a cup. So I asked for two cups... she didn't approve of me suggesting a better idea and still shaking her head and angrily gave me two cups of water... didn't realise asking for hot water is a crime at Castle shill RSL.
Bad customer service, if you are in a bad mood don't take it out on a customer. I usually enjoy coming here... this has been a bad experience.
Food was excellent.

Great atmosphere, lots of amenities. Annual membership is a tad high but that's Sydney for you. Has a fantastic gaming room and is next door to a popular gym. Highly recommend if looking for comfortable place to hang out.

Gr8 places to kids to play and parents can relax. Sports Bar is good. They have Chinese restaurant and a seperate bar which are nice options. But for family the courtyard area is best place.

Great place to hangout with family. One of the few clubs that have a good play area for kids, good restaurants, game area and casino too. There is ample seating inside and outside.

Perfect for an afternoon lunch with the kids. Awesome open space with a great play ground and games area for kids of all ages. The staff were very friendly from the front door to the hospitality staff. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful Club with a huge variety of foods to cater for all tastes !Servings are a great size.I ate The Butter Chicken , it was fantastic.It was one if the nicest Butter Chicken dishes that I have tasted !My compliments to the Chefs and kitchen staff !

Food is good and reasonably priced. I like the new covered outdoor dining area. Great playground for the kids. Highly recommended for a day or night out. Would give 5 stars if they had more covered parking.

Attended a office get together today. Nothing against the RSL, the food quality needs serious improvements. Club in itself is decent facility with plenty of things to do like at other RSL clubs. Kids play area is good. Parking can be a bit busy here specially on weekends with people coming in. If can make arrangements before coming, would be good as around Christmas family and friends join for lunches etc.
Overall a decent place.
