So many people work in the kitchen and they make a ton of mistakes, grilled chicken they deep fry it, pizzas aren't consistent and either not cooked or burnt, long wait times, pasta overcooked and many more issues. I think it's time for the oldies to get out and let the young ones in. Authentic Italian more like a disgrace not recommended

Had a get together dinner with friends, was surprised,
The pizza was really really good, not heavy, not oily, the spinach was my favourite one, and had pasta with nap sauce, beautiful sauce, no acid taste an nice flavour,
Alot of the staff are volunteers so they all need a bit of recognition ??'???'?
