The conference/function rooms are very nice. Service by the staff is very good. Location is convenient. I didn\'t book accommodation at the hotel but some of my friends from interstate and overseas were pleased with the accommodation. There are a couple of shopping centres nearby with restaurants etc.

Went for the mother\'s day breakfast, amazing variety. Only thing I would ask is to add a lactose free option for milk, otherwise we all left full and satisfied.

A bit of a late post, but we celebrated our daughter's 21st birthday in the Garden bar on 28 March and just wanted to say how impressed we were with everything from start to finish.

The vibe was amazing, the staff and management were attentive, friendly, and made the whole night feel easy and stress-free. The food and platters were absolutely incredible, the drinks were great, and the karaoke at the end of the night was such a fun way to top everything off.

Honestly, this is really just a shoutout to all the staff who worked that night. Every single staff member we came across was amazing - so friendly, helpful, attentive, and just so on point from the beginning of the event right through to the end. The team bringing food out, cleaning up, helping with speeches, security, and even assisting us at the end of the night with vendors went above and beyond. We truly couldn't fault the team.

Aside from some inaccurate information we received beforehand from the Events Manager, the staff and managers working on the night made everything run smoothly and were more than accommodating.

The only thing that would have topped it off even more would have been if the TV was compatible for slideshows, but aside from that, the Garden bar was perfect and we would absolutely host another event there again in the future.

Such great value for money and such a memorable night for our family. Thank you so much to everyone involved - you guys were awesome.

A special mention to Poppy who was on the front desk, she was as helpful as she could be.

Pros: Friendly staff. Free parking. Clean common areas. Good location. Nice food. Spacious, fairly clean room. Nice to have biscuits to go with a cuppa. Close to supermarket & shops.

Cons: The toilet seat in my room was too small, it only just covered the inside bowl.
Patches on walls. The bedside lamp didn\'t work. I had to leave the fridge cupboard door open because the fridge was very hot. Quilt had stains. Bathroom wall with the light switches needs a good clean.

I believe the quality of the room I was in did not match what I paid ($400 for 1 night for 1 person). I was offered a free breakfast but no partial refund.

We had our staff Christmas party on Wed 10/12. The staff were amazing especially Adrian and Crystal who were super helpful when I did th booking. Allowing me to choose my own tables, where we wanted to be situated, and allowed us to come and add our own decorations. Th girls on that day were so friendly and helpful they helped me set up and make th tables beautiful. My boss and colleagues were very impressed. The food was yum and service was efficient and timely no delays. Great teamwork Calamvale restaurant staff, as a result another branch of our service has also booked their Christmas party there due to our recommendation.
