Top place to visit. True to Cabarita style it's a layer back place to dine and grab a drink. The meals are big, tasty and good value. The staff are friendly, helpful and add a good vibe.

A great place to have a meal and a few drinks after a busy day. Went with my family and was a terrific experience all round. Staff were friendly and the food was brilliant. Highly recommend taking to kids to as there is a kids room.

My partner, myself daughter and my service dog came in for a quick bite to eat while checking the area out to move here. Left with a terrible experience, we were told by the manager after the bar boy said it was fine to have my service dog in, that we had to leave. We were made to feel completely unwelcome and left before we even finished our soft drinks. The worst service I've ever come across. Went to the kebab shop and had better service, even got some free chips while talking about how terrible the service was at the last spot!!!! Absolutely terrible and unwelcoming

Great beach hotel,
very social, even had an everyones invited kids soccer game on the grassed area break out for extra fun for the kids. Good menu, great outlook.

Had a good selection of beverages and local beer. Had bao buns where were quite stuffed and were very nice. My partner had a steak and I went with the chicken schnitzel. Both cooked quite nicely. But with where it is, quite expensive. 27 bucks for just a chicken schnitty and chips with salad is too much for me. Nice location close to the beach where you have views of the water through the trees. Nice walk over to snapper rocks after you meal to walk anything off.

The food however was so so it was presented well but lacked in flavour and quality.
I spoke to a friend who lives there after and told him where wei lunched.
His first comment was oh, the food a bit disappointing.
So it wasn't a one off.
The locals find it average also.

Our family meets here regularly. With half of us in Queensland and the other in NSW we've hit the sweet spot. Great food and easy going atmosphere. Always come away happy.

Recently went here twice in the past few weeks. First time had the lamb shank special and it was delicious!!! Second time had the burrito bowl & it was not good, lacked flavour and was spicy (mild but I didn't expect it). I would love to see more potato mash and veggie options with all the main meals as not keen on chips. The service was perfect both times and I'd definitely return! The kids were happy with the kids meals.

Leeward by the promise of. $16 Schnitty we found menu is now $18+ Schnitty1 lost a couple of stars for that, but made up a star for good value, nicely cooked, and well presented plate of food.

Waiting staff were all friendly, and drinks were all normal pub prices. Nice clean tables with plenty of room, and a great view of the ocean during the day!

The chef came out to discuss with me options for my anaphylactic daughter's meal. Greatly appreciate their effort and consideration to keep her safe but also have a tasty meal. Well done.

Just Disaster OMG Saturday 29/10/2022 at about 15:45 did my order of salt and pepper Calamari I was charged $18.00 dollars until that not a problem at all, but for a simple order with place not busy at all they take 27 min for that order, and then big surprise and I open the take way box as u can see by the picture $18 dollars for literally 5 strips of calamari is just disaster for that price OMG. Just ask for the manager if that size was right for what I paid, he went inside with the calamari and put more salad then I fell so much better. ???. So funny the place are not busy at all. To make a simple calamari 27-30min and the size is kids meal but was charged adults meal. Tell what you fell about the price of that calamari???. Do not recommend to anyone. I mean I wasn't looking for a cheap meal I really don't mind to pay over $50 $100 bucks for decent meal usually for beach front club. But $18 dollars for 5 strips of calamari I just unfair.

Great location on the beach. Great food and always has a fresh cold beer on tap.
Get there early as parking can be tricky and you may have to hunt for a spot

I am not one to do reviews but tonight's experience with one of the managers hospitable approaches deserved one. Long story short, I simply asked if the channel of a vacant tv could be switched over when he wasn't busy in the most polite way possible and in return I get a response that was completely out of line and disrespectful.

Great service and atmosphere ??'? We went there mid Sunday afternoon when they had limited menu (pizza menu) however, the pizza had generous toppings and was absolutely delicious. I loved being able to sit at the table and enjoy a cocktail by the seaside. Top spot ??'?

We had lunch there, clean, friendly staff, great atmosphere and the food was awesome. Loved it! Would go back in a heart beat.

Staff (older lady with short hair) was taking chairs from inside to outside with a smoke hanging out of their mouth blowing smoke inside the facility. Food was mediocre except for the Morrocan Chicken which was fantastic. I would say that unless everywhere else was closed don't go here for food.

Nice place, friendly staff and decent food. Great to be close to the beach, but not clear views. If you have a dog they can be nearby tied up if you sir outside which is handy

Had a really disappointing experience here. My friends and I came to the pub for a coffee and catch up and told there was no coffee so we were like ok. We will just get soft drink, juice whatever until the bistro opened. Our kids went into the playroom and the old lady owner came over and was so rude and said it's not a playground the kids were disturbing their 'drinkers' well this is place advertised as a family place,(it's also 11am) and there's kids running around all night there. So disappointed as we've literally been coming here since it opened.

Had a great lunch here over the long weekend. Pricing was reasonable and the food portions are massive. Lovely atmosphere. Would be great if you could cut some of the green down in front of surf so you can see water while you enjoy your meal. Kids zone was full of iPads/ computer games, something else could be added for younger children/ toddlers.

I chose the Prawn and chorizo linguine. The service was friendly and prompt and the price was reasonable. The meal was well presented and very delicious. It was an enjoyable visit.

This is the first review I have ever given. I'm from the Gold Coast and dined here for years. I must say after dinner last Friday night I have to hand it to them everything here is great. Staff, food, location and the management well done. It is so consistent always great thank you.

A large open relaxed atmosphere with bars, good serving size lunches and dinners, with staff who enjoy their roles. The beach view, relaxed style of seating and fresh air add to the experience. Enjoy a beer, or wine and the family are catered for. Reasonably priced and a safe, calm feel for all to chill out and some good quality shops for clothes and photography next door to enjoy also. Up the road has great walking tracks to the beaches and panarama views of the coast north and south.

A great place to stop for lunch or a quick beer. Not much of a view to the beach but you know it's there. Staff are friendly and it's a relaxed and casual atmosphere and dining experience.

It doesn't really do anything for me. I've been on a Monday night twice for the $18 steak special. It should be that price every night or less because it's just okay. The steak was placed on top of the chips even though there was plenty of room on the plate to not do that. They're idea of a salad is pretty dismal.

The setting is amazing, right near the beach, best to sit on the verandah bit, so you have a great view of the beach. Food was A-MA-ZING!!!. Husband had the curry prawns. I thought it would it be a miss and hit, I was quite surprised by the very beautiful aroma of the spices, definitely ordering that next time. I had the chicken karage burger. This too was amazing, taste beautifully amazing. Could not fault anything that we ate. Would highly recommend this place.

The prawn bao buns were so delish!! And the parmigiana was huge and tasty too. Had a table of 9 and everyone was happy with there meals. Will be back

Ribs were delicious! Beer was perfect. Staff were nice. Layout is strange, bistro is shoved back in parts away from the view, whilst the tab area has prime position. Even the bar takes up a spot closer to the view.
