Terrible service. Finding a bit rude with the guy that I spoke with on the phone. He knew that I am the same customer who ordering the food last time as my house is close to this hotel so I told him that please help me to order and I will go there to collect. I did order twice already in the last two days and always show up. Instead of being understanding, he told me "Sorry we do not accept phone order, you have to come over". Instead of being kind and nice to customer, he behave like this. I wish he will get the same experience like me when he goes to any restaurants. At the end of the day, just gonna make the company reputation down and no one ever like if the staff rude no matter how tasty the food are. If I were him, I would be more understanding if my regular customer keep coming back like this. Behaving like this just gonna kick the customer out of the business which most your staff really good at.
Please try to improve your customer service.
