Bit disappointing we went for dinner and we waited an hour before telling them our food still hadn't arrived then another 15 minutes for them to only bring half the table their food so we started eating before the rest of our family's dinner had even arrived. They did offer us free drinks and dessert but we all just wanted to go home it was late by the time our family finished their meals. So yeah a bit disappointing really we've been before and had no issues maybe something to do with Father's Day the next day and being busy I'm not sure.

We have been coming to the Browns Plains Pub for 33 years, it has had its ups and downs. Now is a big big up.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, the meals are fabulous, fresh and delicious. Definitely our go to place. Highly recommend for the whole family. Enjoy

Completely disappointed in the change of menu... steak sandwich changed to Chilli cheese steak sandwich that I can't get after 5:30
Garlic Bread is dry and overcooked
Rare steak had no juice at all
Salad missing dressing half the time I order
Potato wedges were fantastic and very popular now they are terrible, can't even get a pizza anymore... my family and I had at least 3 meals a week here and now I am looking for new place to eat.... It's a shame as the bar staff are great and love having drinks in the front bar. I am canceling my birthday celebration here this week purely because of the food 😢

Was our first time visiting this Bistro and we were very much impressed. The service was amazing and the food and drink was impeccable. Adam who was one of the servers was extremely friendly and looked after us amazingly after seeing it was our anniversary. Will definitely come back and recommend this place to others.

This is our go to venue for a spontaneous dinner. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. Meals are generous and very tasty. It was very busy when we last went (Saturday night) and our meals all came out quickly with very little wait time. Great family atmosphere. We like to support Logan sporting clubs and hotels for meals and Browns Plains Hotel is fast becoming a favourite.

Unfortunately chips were cold upon food coming out, steak sandwich was average, steak was very fatty and not enjoyable. There was loads of bacon on the sandwich which is never normally bad, but in this circumstance it was. The bread was soggy and just not enjoyable, all round was pretty average!

Had a lunch time birthday for a 92 year old. We were all treated with excellent service. The seniors menu suited us well, with very big helpings. Coffee and our birthday cake were served with obvious pleasure. And we sat a chatted for a good while, being very comfortable with staff leaving us alone. Thanks again. Dennis Moran and friends

I booked a large table last minute (late on Saturday night for a Sunday lunch) for my husbands birthday. When we arrived, the staff had the table setup with balloons etc, much more than I expected.

Food was wonderful, staff were great, play area was perfect and clean. Love that it was shaded as well. They also had an arts and crafts station setup for the kids as well, very family friendly.

We will definitely be back!

Have had 5 days and nights at the Hotel Motel rooms. They are clean and tidy, the meals are excellent fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly courteous very happy and willing to help in any way. Staff are amazing, the staff that have stood out to me are Tam, Kenzie, Mary, and Adam. Always smiling and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back. Went for lunch with my husband and 2 year old. Very family friendly , the enclosed play area is suitable for toddlers and children , well setup and clean.

Food was great and reasonably priced - good serving size. Food came out hot , but not burning so great temp for the whole family and was pretty quick to come out.

The staff were amazing, a special thank you to Adam and Jodie who helped us find a water bottle accidentally left behind .

First time dining for lunch. Meals decent size. I ordered Battered Fish and chips, hubby, had Parma with Mac and Cheese.
My Fish had to much batter. One Fish was nice and hot in the middle, the was nearing cold.
Hubby found cardboard in his salad. Both didn't finish meal. Hubby sent note back on his plate with thanks for the cardboard.
Paid good money for Meals, and I don't think we will return for another.

In my opinion the food is overpriced for what you get. 4 mini king prawn tacos were $18. They each were the size of my thumb. Definitely not worth it. And food was average. Place looks nice though

Had early dinner with my wife tonight. Ordered the barramundi and the chicken parmigiana. Both were outstanding and the waitresses provided service with a big warm smile the whole time. Thx browns plains and to the staff. Don't change😊

Equally one of the three best dining locations in Browns Plains. Just fine for a group or a night out with friends. Prompt service, helpful staff, good pub food at reasonable prices.

I went here for dinner last Thursday and it was really great. I've been a few times over the years and it's always been good. My most recent visit was even better than usual; the staff were all very friendly and the Power Bowl that I ordered was delicious. Quite a big serving too.

I have been a couple of times now the food is good, served quite promptly and the calamari was better cooked than I had eaten the night before at a much higher priced venue. Disappointing that they've moved to the order yourself by QR code method and the app has the audacity to ask for a tip. But sadly becoming the norm now.
The team collecting plates was quite upbeat.

Kids meals use to be $9 and include steak chips and salad. Now the price of a kids meal has been increased to $12, steak removed from the menu and salad in no longer included with the kids meals. Servings are also noticeably smaller. Bring back the old menu you crooks! This is a typical example of price gouging and profiteering during a cost of living crisis. You should be ashamed.

We recently went to the Browns Plains Hotel for dinner with friends for the first time in a very long time. The service was exceptional, particularly from Teisha the restaurant manager. Overall it was a great experience. We will be back!!

Worst experience I've had at a bar in the pokie room. Appears to be in the final stages of renovations. The only time I've ever felt unwelcome at a pub.. and check how many I've reviewed. Gets 2 stars for cleanliness and modern venue. I'm sure when this place is properly up and running it will be a great venue but I can only review on my experience and that wasn't great. Was confusing straight of the bat upon arrival. Couldn't determine who were staff and who were customers and who were there doing work. A large group of people were standing around in pokie bar service area that seemed to be having a meeting. I guess it was venue management and tradies. It was hard to tell. They certainly weren't gambling. Just getting in the way and making things confusing and uncomfortable. Parking was a nightmare as well.. there seems to be a lot of handicap parking spaces and a lot of 1st choice liquor (next door) assigned spaces. And a lot taken up by trades there doing work I guess. Entered through sports bar.. which I would rate 4stars by itself but alas it's dragged down by the pokie room fiasco. In my opinion if your renovating stay closed until complete.. small area near pool tables was still being renovated in sports bar. I'd like to give this place another go but it's 2 from 2 bad experiences for me and it will be a long time before I go back. Previous bad experience was delivery food during covid which was terrible. Was given credit which I didn't end up using. This place could be great but I can only review on my experiences which have both been bad

Just had lunch. Haven't been there for quite sometime. Very disappointing and won't be back. Very over priced. Had fish and chips. Chips were cold and soggy. Fish luke warm and batter soggy. Considering ordered right on opening time shows food kept warm in hot box and not cooked fresh. Expected better than that especially Considering the price.

We done a 4 night stay and the house keepers were on the only positive side during our stay here. We had multiple FALSE COMPLAINTS against us. There was no reconciliation. We as a large group with mixed entities felt targeted.

Great food. My steak was cooked to perfection. Great service from all the friendly staff in the restaurant. Massive spacious dinning area. Plenty of room to move around especially if your hot the kids. Able to accommodate large tables of people.

Booked a table last night for my sons and nieces birthday dinner. Most of the night we were served by a lovely young Lady named Mary, she was very friendly and helpful. Meals were a bit over priced but tasted good. The dinner special was a big serve and well worth the price.

Lady that greeted us at the door was lovely and explained the ordering process.

Only down side was the meal wait times and when the actual meals came out.
Hate to be that person to go up to a waiter and ask how much longer our meal was gonna be, but kinda had to because everyone that arrived after us got their meals before us. When the meals came out, the portion size was slightly shocking (palm size) as the steak was $47 each. Steaks came out very well done and burnt - we asked for it to be cooked medium well. Offered us a free dessert (thank you) but turned it down.

The staff was really friendly and it felt wonderful when they came up to ask how my partner and i like our food. And the food was really good. Can't wait to go back again.

The meals here are the best I have had in a very long time when out at a restaurant and I can be picky at times. The staff are simply amazing, so kind and polite. The wait time for meals is just the right amount of time. The food is cooked perfectly. Thank you to the staff at browns plains hotel. If anyone wants somewhere to go for dinner then definitely go to this place. You will not be disappointed. 10/10 just like our table number "10" 😁

Wow this place is amazing.
The service is so friendly the food is plentiful fresh and on point.
The drinks were icy cold the air conditioning was cool the seating was great.
I made my booking online and mentioned it was my son's birthday who is an adult and when we arrived they were balloons on the table.
Don't hesitate to go here you won't regret it but make sure you book a table

It would have been 5 stars but my son's chicken parmie was a little burnt round the edges last visit.

I really wanted to like this pub. Comfy vibe and decent menu but it took so long to get our food and though well staffed they just didn't seem to be on the ball. I literally stood at the counter and was ignored by a woman right in front of me preparing a dessert until Sarah came over to acknowledge me. So, the 2 stars are for Sarah.

The staff was lovely and very helpful when my partner asked to put the footy on the big screen. This is our favourite place to go for dinner exceptional quality of food and everyone always has a smile when welcoming us in.

Kids meals were good.
Apple pie was presented well and tasted great. Service was good.
Sadly my medium rare steak came out well done so had to send it back. Should have got a voucher instead as the second steak came back well done as well. Very disappointing for $37 steak the size of a child's hand you'd expect it to be easy enough to cook to order. Not sure if I'd go back again.

Lucky my wife went with some of the money that I didn't return to her so she could win Enough to Pay the rent while I leave her home to miscarry, and have Left not only her but my two kids alone when the house was attacked by people that I probably knew. I'm cheating on her and taking all the drugs and using the Christmas money for it xx

Restaurant area is spacious and well catered. I do get different meals each time, with some not as great as others. That does come down to personal preference and palette

The gaming area is always clean, tidy and fresh. Staff are great.

Bar area is spacious. Sometimes on busy nights I find it takes a while to be served - however the staff are still pleasant!

Got introduced to the fast table service via ordering on phone. Fantastic as no need to walk around. Meals are large portions so come hungry to fir it all in.

We have been having Wednesday #datenight here for over 3 years work travel permitting. Excellent, friendly and engaging team. Welcoming like a home away from home. Great ambience good.

Customer service is wonderful. Zoe,Mel,etc are very wonderful people to see at the counters and are very helpful within the service. I enjoy coming into the browns Plains hotel and tavern since I have been coming in here for over 10 years :)
