Room smelt like smokes, had burn on bed comforter, carpet ripped. Bathroom toliet roll holder stuck with sticky tap. Bathroom and room clean tho. Brekkie was good ceral, bread in fridge for toast, lots of diffferent spreads. If your a light sleeper lots of humming and high pitched noise hear neighbours. Had dinner, lost our order 45 mins later food comes. Holly amazing listened gave my partner a drink and me a sundae went over and above to aplogise, well mannered and sweet young lady. Location close to supermarket and servos not far from st agnes or ttp.i would come back for food not to stay only because im a very light sleeper and could not get to sleep, it is well priced to stay. They did offer to change rooms but after 12 hours on the road was too tired. Great customer service. Was very busy with quiz night.

I attended the Blue Gums hotel and had another fantastic experience. The manager and staff on duty were exceptional - not only with their service but also with their genuine friendliness.

The food was outstanding. I had the special, a grilled snapper, which was cooked perfectly. The hollandaise sauce was easily one of the best I've had in a long time.

This place continues to go above and beyond with both its food and service. Highly recommended.

Dinner 21st February 26. Booked for 5 people. Ambience good. Staff very helpful and plenty of them. I had the dish with pork belly, prawns, mango and salad with an amazing dressing 10/10. My partner had the croquettes and ordered garlic bread..he said it\'s the best garlic bread he has ever had. Other members of our group also enjoyed their meal. We left the bistro area and headed to the front bar. Great to see a late close most pubs close their front bar 7-8pm we stayed til around 9.30pm
Well done Blue Gums we will be coming back.

I had dinner for the first time at the Blue Gums hotel tonight. Our meals were delicious and I had the best schnitty I\'ve had in a long time. Every staff member I came in to contact with were super friendly, from the member of staff who took my booking over the phone to the staff collecting our dishes when we finished our meals. I wanted to give a special shout out to a worker who served me at the bar. I think her name was Elle. I was only served by her briefly but she was so lovely and just went that extra mile. It was a really enjoyable dining experience all round. Thanks for that. We will definitely be back!
