The staff here are always really friendly and professional which is great. The location's superb. Meals come out in great time but I'd love to see a few healthier things on the menu like a Thai beef salad and maybe one Mexican option.

Beach Hotel is just over the road from beach.
A bit disappointed with menu as there wasn't much of a choice in meals.
Meals were large.
They is a step heading towards the pokies. Be careful as no signage and tripped going up it. Staff just said oh well we should paint it again. Not happy with that response.

Only stayed one night. The room was spacious and the kitchenette was fully stocked. The bed was comfortable. Service friendly. Plenty of on premise pRking.

Easy walk to the shore and market was around the corner.

My only complaint was that there construction across the parking lot that a worker began shoveling gravel shortly after 615 am. I was already awake but it would have woken me ( I am a light sleeper)

I'd stay again.

Love this pub. Food was awesome - both nights we had the seafood antipasto - slightly different each night but both were delicious. I had battered fish of the day each time - different fish - batter was light, crunchy and not the least bit oily. Hubby had fish in a sauce both nights. He was happy. And a sneaky cr�me br�l�e on Valentine's Day - shared. Yum, yum, yum. Glasses cleanest and beautiful to drink wine from. 10/10 - all staff were lovely and friendly.

Get the old school pub stay experience, but with the luxury of beautifully appointed rooms. We had a balcony room which I'd highly recommend. Enjoy your incredibly relaxed breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beach. Will 100% go back when we are down the coast again

Stayed in motel part. Lovely room, beach views BUT so noisy. There is obviously no soundproofing at all between rooms. Kept us awake. The Hotel Bistro and Bar area the same, SO noisy and out of control. Terrible. Bistro staff couldn't cope with the amount of people there. Will not be back

For a pub/motel, the accommodation was pretty good. Above average for sure. It was clean and had everything I needed.

Checking in took a little while because nobody came to the desk for a while, but once she did, she was extremely congenial and very helpful in settling me in.

The food in the restaurant was good. The chips were way too good. ? ?

Wow, we only stayed one night and did not want to leave. Stayed in an amazing modern King room with ocean views, beautiful location. Best Hotel we've stayed in by far. Watched a pod of Dolphins swim by while having complimentary croissants for breakfast on the balcony. Mark went well out his way to answer all questions and make us feel welcome. Awesome food-expensive but worth it. Will definitely return ?

Child-friendly with change table in the disabled bathroom. We scored a table on the outdoor deck at sunset, enjoyed a beer and a glass of dry French ros� (yum!). Both had the steak for dinner- was cooked medium rare as requested. New owners and renovation have made a huge difference. Very happy customers. Will be back for sure.

Absolutely beautiful. Modern, clean, quiet rooms in an absolutely amazing location! Very reasonably priced. Our room had a direct and unobstructed view of the ocen too. The staff are amazing!! Friendly, happy, helpful, and even walked us to our room and gave us a rundown of facilities, complimentary breakfast, etc.

The meals were absolutely delicious and as fresh as can be! We ordered the prawn & squid thai salad with lime and chilli dressing and a daily special, which was lemon sole. Yum yum yum! Highly recommended and definitely a place we will stay at again.

Good location, rooms just got renovated so fantastic. The restaurant has a good selection of beer and the food are very good as well. Will definitely come back next time around Bermagui.

We had a lovely lunch in the Restaurant - all booked on line even ordered our lunch on line. As it was Mothers Day it would have been an extra treat a free or reduced price cocktail or glass of house wine would have been a nice touch seeing that with all the automation saving time for staff.

Great place! Also dog friendly! Been there several times over the long weekend, absolutely enjoyed the stunning view and delicious food. Lovely staff and nice patrons. Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning outlook and I love the new QR code menus. It makes ordering easy. I have been coming since I was a kid. The food is nice but it has become really pricey for a pub meal. I probably wouldn't eat here with my kids anymore, just save it as a date night meal.

Simply amazing. We spent 2 beautiful nights with friendly helpful staff, sensational location and views. Tips and advice on local attractions was spot on. The menu is awesome too. Thank you Team, definitely coming back.

We dropped in for dinner and grabbed the last table at 6pm during the first week of January - i'd recommended making a table reservation during summer peak season :)
Good selection of drinks, and bar was busy. Classic pub food - that was done really well (which is good, as it's not cheap - which is expected given we're a long way from the city!). The schnitzel and parmie were perfect, and would happily eat either again. Burgers looked good and decent size too. Lots of street parking, not far from the beach and was great to sit out front an watch the rainbow as the rain finally eased up..

The Bermagui Beach Hotel bistro has certainly had a flash makeover - it's breezy, bright and comfortable with great views. What hasn't had a makeover is that small town inflexibility and refusal to put the customer first. We asked to have the hamburger on the menu made without a milk bun for someone in our party who is anaphylactic to dairy. We asked if they would use either sourdough or Turkish bread that was on the menu for other items but we were given an outright and rather rude 'no'. When we asked why, we were told that 'they might run out of the Turkish bread'. Okay. Then we were told that it 'wouldn't be the same burger if they used other bread'. Right. Then, we were told they could do the burger without the bread. Um, but that wouldn't be the same burger, we said? Anyway, this kind of inflexibility does my head in. There was no mention on the menu of no substitutions either. Snippy service and the food that we ended up ordering for the rest of our table was average and overpriced. I'd definitely dine elsewhere. Go for a drink.

Fresh and tasty seafood pasta and burger. Being from Melbourne, we weren't sure what to expect. No pints served here, largest beer size is schooner. More importantly, food was delicious. The food was a little higher priced than we expected but the quality really did match it. We came on a Monday for dinner, when little else was open and did not regret it.

Food... was the topic through the night how great the steaks were... I had chicken and couldn't recommend it enough. I was a guest at a Christmas party for my husband but being a small business can not go past doing a review... Great service / Great food / friendly staff... Highly recommend! My children came and staff were amazing with them highly recommend as a family.
Also a park across from pub and a view to the beach. Beautiful and relaxing.

I'm not going to be too harsh as the view was lovely and so we're the staff!!! I ordered the scotch fillet steak and added the option of king prawns for an extra $12 ..... had the 3 prawns not come with their cooked heads on top it would have looked quite scarce and over priced for an optional king prawn add on ... the medium rare steak I ordered was more like medium well , chips were lacking salt and the mushroom gravy was lacking flavour and well mushrooms ! Anyway will go back for the view but will most likely stick to a parmi rather than treating myself to that special splurge

Iconic pub that is the probably the best for all of Eurobodalla as well as the Sapphire Coast. Travel regularly for lunch here, best pub in the region with great food and beer selection. Atmosphere and staff on point!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Bermagui Beach Hotel and would readily stay again. The rooms have recently been renovated and are very well appointed. We hadroom with a balcony and despite the inclement weather were able to make use of the outdoor setting. The location is excellent with a short walk to Woolworths and shops. The meals at the pub were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

South Coast especially Bermagui.

Place is fantastic, I was the licensee at this place from 1988 to 1996 and what they have done is amazing. Rooms are first class and I stay in a lot of room with my work. Staff are fantastic, food is great and the Reschs is outstanding. Wines are reasonably priced and the view is one of if not the best on the east coast. Looking forward to visiting this hotel again in the near future. Congratulations to all involved?????

Had the best meal last night! Well done Bermagui Beach Hotel. Apart from the excellent service (Thank you Simone and team) the Duck San Choy Bow and the Mushroom Risoni were absolutely delicious. Well done chef!

During our stay from first walking in Morgan was more than welcoming, booked our accommodation hassle free then as we ordered dinner Morgan was still here ready to take our order! A true asset to this wonderful place. All staff have been friendly, polite and happy to help. Accommodation was perfect for our needs. Will definitely be telling friends and family to come here. With the amazing renovations and revamped menu this tired old pub has found a new lease on life..
However....that said the Menu, although it reads well, is pretty ordinary.
Basics....like chips... Are undercooked and pale.
The supposed "Popcorn Chicken" is ridiculous.
A dozen thumbnail sized chicken bits, sitting in a bowl on top of those pale chips, the batter flat...no "popcorn" effect to it (even KFC can nail the batter!).
Their signature Burger nothing to write home about.
I'm sure there are some decent dishes, but detail and procedure are lacking, particularly given the city prices.
