It's been a while since I've had a steak at the restaurant so I decided I'd take the plunge again yesterday. The steak was cooked to perfection, I asked for medium and it was a true medium, neither under nor over. It was very tender and easy on the old fangs. Unfortunately, due to the potato shortage there was no chips so I had the roast veges - and to my delight discovered I LOVE roast potato's with Garlic Butter (my sauce). Not as keen on the other "green" veges (I ate all the carrots), but I think that is personal taste rather than a reflection on the Chef, and it's the reason I knocked a star off (I'd have killed for some Cauliflower in cheesey white sauce -Mmmm) The staff are always a pleasure to speak to, too :)
