This is a great place to visit. Great atmosphere and friendly locals. The food is very good and priced reasonably. Plenty of activities and daily specials.

The meals were terrible. My wife had lambs fry and bacon. It was cut into very small and thin pieces and looked like dog food. Tasted terrible as well. I had bangers and mash. Big mistake. The mashed potatoes were hard and cold. The sausages were also cold. I would definitely not recommend having any meal here.

What a great place to have a meal and drinks. Today was our second time, and we went for mother's Day breakfast. I had the big breakfast, partner had eggs Benedict, and the kids pancakes with ice cream and strawberries. Absolutely perfect food, good size and at a good price. Staff are lovley. The kids had a play after breakfast in the arcade, and then we had some photos around the tanks and guns in the garden area. A very good start to mothers day. Thank you so much.

Great venue, great food and staff. A latge number of military exhibits on display. Recommended by Graeme (tour guide at military museum) to try for lunch. Didn't disappoint!

Large table who ordered long after us received presidential treatment over our 5 person table. 2 out of 5 received their meals promptly, remaining 3 have been waiting 45 minutes and counting. Large table of about 12 are all eating together with steaks. We wanted to eat together as well, it's not our issue that a large group attended. Should be served on the order in which was ordered. Totally forgotten about here! Even small tables of 2 who weren't even here when we ordered, are eating! I don't recommend coming here! Average service.

Great food that tasted good. Majority of the meals had good portions, though the chips were in a rather small bowl for the kids chips and nuggets meal. Very kid friendly with a play space for kids, some of the arcades you had to pay, but they had some free activities to do too. Great venue for a birthday with family of all ages.

It was packed, but table for two found. Big queue to order food at bistro desk. Fortunately our garlic bread came quickly to tide us over until lunch arrived.
Barramundi cooked two ways was quite tasty, and as Seniors meals, thankfully just the right size. Everything on the plate done well. Sensible food prices. Excellent service.

We went for lunch, it seemed busy so we thought we'd have to wait but our meals came put quickly. The menu was a good mix of comfort food and healthy choices. There is a Seniors menu and a Kids menu both reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The RSL promoted lots of upcoming events around the club.... so worth a visit.

Last minute dine in and the staff were super accommodating with the kitchen closing soon.

went out for dinner around 6:30/7 on a sunday night. we waited around 50 mins for our food - wasn't too fussed about the wait as they had a sign up letting customers know to expect a 40 min wait during peak hours and they also had 4/5 tables of 10+ people sitting down, so they were under the pump! the staff were so friendly, and the food was great when we got it. the gravy was the best gravy i have had for a while :)

The last 2 times I have been there the food had been sub par. The chicken parmigiana was a processed bit of chicken.
The breakfast was cold and barely edible. Quote from a 13 and 11 year old "maccas is so much better".

I have had a main meal in the past and it was a steak. Paid good money, steak was OK but the chips were dry and dark brown, looked re heated or microwaved up. Today I took the family for breakfast ,it had no mushrooms and came out cold. It was taken back to the kitchen and came back cold again. It wasn't just my plate it was the whole tabIe. I was given my money back but that is not the point. Unfortunately I could not recommend having breakfast here.

Roast of the day was terrible, potatoes were so hard couldn't cut into them very skinny slice of pork that was very bland. Our drink lemon lime and bitters was so strong one couldn't drink it. So very disappointing!!

I used to love going to the RSL for a meal as it was always good value and a decent feed. Gone are those days!

Upon dining there for a family get together last Friday, i found myself very disappointed.

The menu prices have gone through the roof.... i used to love a good old steak sandwich, but i refuse to pay $29 for it. That's a bit rich.

The meals we ended up getting were nice enough, but we were disappointed when our group of 5 started receiving our orders. The first meal came out and after another 23 minutes we asked the waitress where the rest of our meals were. Nobody bothered to come back to the table and advise us anything. Around 10 minutes later the rest of our orders slowly made their way out to our group. It was really sad to not be able to share a meal "together" as the first meal would have been stone cold by the time the rest of the meals came out, so they had well and truly finished by the time the rest of our food came out.

The atmosphere is nice, being a good mix of modern and cosy while catering to a lot of people.

Excellent choice for seniors, with senior portions as an option on menu items. Food itself is usually pretty good for the staple items, not excellent but decent. I was disappointed with my spring rolls last time but my friend loved her steak.

Escaping the heat while camping outside of Bendigo. On arrival the 2 ladies on customer service duty Cassandra and Katie kindly informed myself and my husband that he required sleeves on his shirt. We acknowledged that we thought it might be a problem and we're about to leave when they offered him a shirt to borrow.....now that is customer service. Great job ladies, you were friendly, helpful and very cheerful. We will be back, with sleeves lol

Really nice meals and a family friendly atmosphere. The kids loved the historic vehicles, tanks and cannons on display. Very friendly staff and a good range on the menu.

One of the best RSLs I have been to in a while. Me, my family and my grandparents came here on the weekend for an early birthday. The food was both appetising and delicious, service was slow, however there were a lot of people there, so I can't blame them for that, a lot of military weapons and vehicles, which was pretty cool to see. I really hope to come back here in the future, and hope that it's just as good, if not, better!

Nice atmosphere but when i ordered korean chicken it took them an hour to give to me, i think they forgot about it so just started making it when i followed it up. Good service. Negative is the long queue. A better system would be to have the QR code to order.
