If you're in this area, you gotta stay here. They have rooms, I camped in the car park. Camping free, show your appreciation by purchasing a meal. The chef (Bob - owner) cooked me an amazing surf and turf. His partner Meg (owner) is an absolute gem. And the locals there, you'll never forget them!
EDIT: all the 1 star reviews are when last owners had it. Meg and Bob have turned this place around in the last 18 months.

If you're looking for "country pub" or even a true Australian pub experience, this is the place. Lovely staff who are great company and locals / travelers that share amazing stories. The food was so delicious and the local beer on tap was amazing. We camped as well and felt safe. Hopefully one day we can stay again! Thanks guys! #NomadicHowl

Myself and 9 others ate, drank and camped here. The hospitality was fantastic and so welcoming. Very appreciated after bush camping the last few weeks. The food was amazing with the beef burger sending everyone into a food coma before being brought back to life with a fair few delightful beers and games of pool and darts. The staff looked after us well and would recommend for anyone to stay here for a night or a few. The pub itself is gorgeous with different areas to enjoy different vibes from classic Aussie pub, a dining area, a sofa and couch chilling area, smoking and garden area and spot for live music beautifully painted. 10/10

Meg & Bob were the loveliest owners ever! Literally our favourite pub we've been to for the most welcoming feel!! The vibes were great, it felt so warm & welcoming! We cannot wait to be back soon!

Host was super friendly. Free camping out the back is great but can get a bit busy. They allow you to use the toilet and shower of one of the vacant rooms. The pub is really cool inside, definitely worth stopping in for a drink.
