Super staff ... efficient, helpful, professional. Food was well prepared and well presented. Atmosphere would have been perfect had the music not been so loud.

What a pleasant surprise . We haven't been to the Beewah hotel for over 30 years . Staff are amazing ..... food was great .... Value for money ...Congratulations to Zara and Zalie and all of the other incredible staff who made us feel so welcomed .

Service was atrocious. Wait staff so inattentive, and management terrible. Had to get up countless times. You could just tell no one there had been properly trained in hospitality. Management had a lazy and careless attitude. Food was okay but nothing special. \" The home-made \" salted caramel tart was typical example: using shop brought pastry, chucking a tin of condensed milk and brought chocolate topping together. Maybe that is the new \"homemade\"...? It\'s dissapointing. The steak was good and well cooked. I will give them that ??'?
I could see there were some staff there that did seem to care, however, you could tell the management is not supporting these people.

The coconut prawns were very tasty and cooked to perfection. Oysters and scallops were delicious, the fish pieces were very nice, as were the chips and the side salad was very nice and fresh. Great value for a superb meal.
